Since moving they never get my order right, the service is horrible. I'll go out of my way to any other store for the correct order and the bare minimum of service.The bag even says Turkey Pesto Sandwiche yet they still got it wrong.

I have visited this Starbucks 5 times. My order was wrong twice. They make humans wait longer than cars. There's no place to sit. Out of food items 2 out if 5 times. A sad replacement for the wonderful one in the strip mall it was once in.

My recent visit to the local Starbucks was less than satisfactory, earning it a 1-star rating. The small and intimate atmosphere, while cozy, was overshadowed by noticeable drawbacks. Despite its seemingly well-designed drive-through system for those on the go, my experience with the mobile order pick-up system inside the store was far from smooth.The flaws in the system became evident as many customers, myself included, found drinks mislabeled, leading to confusion and frustrating delays. It appears the baristas are struggling to organize orders correctly, leaving customers waiting longer than necessary.Upon entering the establishment, the emphasis on drive-through orders significantly disrupted the in-person experience. Limited seating options and the absence of plugs for those seeking a workspace further added to an unwelcoming atmosphere. With only three seating areas, the ambiance felt cramped, creating challenges for those hoping to find a productive space.Furthermore, this emphasis on drive-through service not only impacted the physical environment but also affected the in-person clientele. The increased focus on drive-through orders resulted in longer wait times for those wanting to place their orders in person. It was evident that the attention was diverted, making the process less efficient for customers inside the store.Additionally, the staff's lack of helpfulness and the feeling of being rushed into ordering added to the frustration. While attempting to navigate the ordering process, the lack of assistance and the hurried atmosphere created a less-than-pleasant experience.After reflecting on my experience, I've reluctantly accepted that Starbucks is best suited for drive-through orders. The in-person encounter was riddled with challenges, and it seems like the only thing this place excels at is a quick and convenient coffee fix on the go.

I love this Starbucks!! Everyone is so nice and I always get my drinks from them and I love it so much and I love it so much and I can't wait to get my own one day when I get my own lol I love it so much and I just love it

Food and drinks were bad. Breakfast burrito was mostly tortilla. My fiancé had to spit it out because the egg inside was disgusting.The employees are great. None of this was their fault. Starbucks is a greedy company that charges $8 for sugar water and expecting to pass it as coffee.I came in and wanting to use a gift card I got for Christmas. I wanted to give the remainder of the cards as tip to the employees, but they said that they couldn't do that. I guess I should have known, Starbucks won't let their customers give money they already own back to their employees.FREE PALESTINE

And and there was a table saying that everything was 50% off and all of the tax at 50% off and when we went to ring it up, it wasn’t but it’s all posted all over the table and the lady was saying well fine writing on the right hand side which the text is about a number four and text size so if you don’t have bifocals or magnifying glasses impossible to read it and the service is pretty horrible they’re new but Their place is a hot mess and then there was Nats flying all over around the table by the bathroom driving off I had a medicine bowl and how are they put the caps on it started leaking and it’s hot so it kinda burnt my tummy but when I called in the manager her name is Nina she was amazing and she’s a sweetest pie so the store and whoever owns the store may not know what they doing but Nina she’s a beast and I recommend her so if you go on there, make sure you talk to her because she handles business properly and she does it in a very respectful manner kudos to Nina the manager manager

They're supper slow and don't know how to make a good coffee. They even have the audacity to ask for a tip. Horrible customer service, they have 5 people working and it still took 20 minutes. Would not recommend. I wouldn't even give a one star.

Just opened and already it's pumping out the same watered down crap as the other ones in the area. PS... is it just me or the price of the food items have increased yet the size/portions have decreased. The bagels now look like tiny cookies WTF. For the price of two tiny "bagel cookies" I can go to Costco and get a dozen bagels and a tub of cream cheese and it'll last me the whole week. So shameless that Starbucks is now officially a SCAM!

Supply problems are a real pain!! Been there several times in two weeks and they are STILL out of the chocolate chips they use for the Frappuccinos. Hope it's fixed soon.

I've been going here since about April I think. Every morning I mobile order my drink so I can grab it on my way to work. The baristas are super friendly and nice, and within two weeks they already knew who I was LOL, probably because of the over the top iced shaken espresso I order almost daily ? this is 1000% my favorite location! They always get my drink right whereas if I order anywhere else, they don't make it right which is irritating.Shout out to the manager(s) and especially Leticia! Honestly, I love all of the staff here ❤️

Only one star because the worker was nice . If she wasn't I'd give 0 but the food is so gross I ordered the double smoked bacon sandwich and the cheese was still frozen cold not melted, and the bacon was uncooked... not tryna get worms lol ew wtf please make sure it's cooked all the way next time before almost getting someone sick??
