Stood at the counter for 5 minutes didn’t get any help staff just chatting
This might be the biggest Starbucks around! It's super spacious. Also the staffs are friendly and but bit slow since there is a drive through also. Great coffee, great vibes. Definitely my go-to spot.
Thank you for treating my Husband and I so well on Veterans day! My Husband served in the Army and you made our day!

Probably the largest and nicest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Friendly staff and fast service.
I loved the option to have my coffee served in a mug, when dining in.

Stopped by this Starbucks this morning with my buddy this morning. Ordered 1 simple drink but with a couple specific add ons. When asking if they understood it for a second time when they already started to make it wrong, not only did they continue doing it but gave attitude. Rolling his and yes. The manager was no help at all either when asking about the order. Not only did they give attitude but they made it wrong. I am a nice and fair person but this deserved a bad review and I hope management takes notice. Maybe the people there this morning should work the morning shift I don't know but people not knowing how to make a drink and giving a customer attitude for it it makes me never want to go there again.

On Friday, June 20, I visited the Starbucks at 26480 Bouquet Canyon and ordered a Matcha tea with oat milk and whipped cream, along with roasted red pepper egg bites. Within five minutes of drinking just a third of the Matcha, I started to feel extremely nauseous—and I remained sick all weekend, from Friday through Monday.
I returned to the store the same day and spoke with a woman named Debbie, who seemed completely unconcerned. She refunded the purchase and gave me two $4 gift cards, then told me the manager would call me on Monday. That call never came.
I finally contacted the Starbucks corporate office on June 25 when it became clear the store was ignoring the situation. They offered me a measly $20 gift card—while I was still sick. I had to take activated charcoal to stabilize my symptoms. Honestly, if I hadn’t taken it, things would have been even worse.
I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years, but I will never go back to any Starbucks again after this. Something was clearly wrong with the drink—spoiled milk, bad whipped cream, something. But what upset me more was the complete lack of care or responsibility from both the store and corporate.
I was told “no one else came back sick,” which doesn’t mean no one else was sick—it just means they didn’t come back. That’s not how you treat customers.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The store at 26480 Bouquet Canyon absolutely sucks, and Starbucks as a company has lost me for good.
This lady who i think was Hispanic, she had curly dark hair and glasses, was incredibly rude to my sister and i. We were looking to get a cup of tea and water, and she told us we can’t sit there because they close at 9. We told her we thought they closed at 10 (it was 8:30pm) and she told us we can go through the drive through. My sister asked if we can sit for 15 minutes, and she stared at us without saying a word. We told her never mind then, and as we were leaving she stacked the chairs next to a lady who was sat down. When we got back in the car we checked the time and it said they close for dine in and the drive thru at 10pm. We both work in customer service, so we understand how it can be closing. However, we both agree that she was extremely rude about it. If you have to turn someone away an hour and a half before closing, then she could have said it nicely. 06/25/2025

Cashier was knowledgeable and nice, yet, after quickly using the men's bathroom while my cafe mocha was being prepared I asked the Barista making the drinks if any of the drinks on the counter were mine. He made a snide remark and then proceeded to make my grande Mocha. What I got was a bit less than 3/4th of a cup of what tasted mostly like hot cocoa. I'm sure there was coffee in there, at least I hope so. I paid nearly $6 for basically a small hot cocoa with too much whipped cream. I know companies are shrinking packages and charging more for less these past few years, yet, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised a big corporation like Starbucks would do the same. Next time I think I'll just stop by 7/11. I honestly don't see the difference anymore. At least I can control the portions I'm paying for.
