Ive been to this location many times because of convenience. Every time I try to convince myself that maybe I’m just overthinking that this Starbucks doesn’t suck. I’m always disappointed, they’re always rude; the drinks always taste bad, and my worse experience is finding blood in my water. Would NEVER

I try to get my double points from my an order I paid cash with, but the Cashier doesn't know how to do it. Ordered Mocha, 2 Latte and 2 Banana Nut Loaf. Very upsetting ?

I've never been to a Starbucks where the people behind the counter were so rude. Never. No one wants their sandwich thrown on the counter with them saying something rude about your name. Then I went to pick it up and same girl, Olivia, plops my drink down on the counter. I could tell it was mine so I asked if that was for Angela. She said yeahhh, apparently very annoyed to be doing her job and walked away. Did not look at me, pretend to be nice, nothing. I get everyone has a bad day. However, this was the third time I've had a crappy experience in there. So weird. There's also a larger older lady that tried to pull one over on me (lie) and when I pointed it out, she got very snobby. This place hires people that do not care about how they come across or how they affect you. Plus the parking and getting in and out is a pain. So many friendly, sweet baristas across this valley. This one is definitely not one of them.

Ok.. why dose the staff. Want to sit and argue with you over your drinks. When it's made wrong it's wrong. Management needs to do a little more training. And can't stress this enough, name tags name tags !!!!

I love Starbucks! But, this location, in particular, is very difficult to access. The service is very slow!! I waited over 30 minutes in line! Needless to say, I will be avoiding this location in the future. The barista did apologize for the wait once I finally made it to the front of the line.

Amazing it is the best they are so kind the drive through even thought it was super busy it took like 2 min including ordering plus paying this is the best coffee shop ever invented on a different note what is the logo is it a mermaid?

I work at Trader Joe’s and had a 5 am shift. My lunch was at 9am and only a half hour. I badly wanted a pick me up drink so I walked across to Starbucks and ordered a caramel macchiato. David took my order. Very polite young man but my problem wasn’t him personally. After standing and waiting for almost 15 minutes I noticed customers after me getting their beverages and with my lunch half over I didn’t have time to wait so I spoke to David for a refund and he apologized and handed it over to his Manager on duty. She apologized and asked how I paid. I had to fumble on my app to find the right Starbucks card and finally found it which took more of my time. She refunded and I was frustrated to waste my lunch and walk out empty handed. Out of courtesy for your customer she should have offered a free drink for my next visit. Not the case. Won’t be going back there for awhile.?☹️

I placed my order on the app, my wife came down to pick it up at the time it said it was available and they said they didn't have that order, then because they didn't know how to speak English very well, they started laughing at my wife among themselves and at the end of 30 minutes waiting They deigned to do them and to bother them they did them badly that they tasted terrible.

I am an early customer at this Starbucks and would like give a shout to Amanda, the barrista that works the drive up in the mornings. She is fast efficient, and always has a smile on her face.
