The chillest Starbucks in the land. Every other Starbucks in SCV is overrun and impossible to work at but this one, this one is perfect. Only time it gets really busy is during Candy Cane Lane hours 6-11 PM and on Sundays because it is smack in the middle of Grace Baptist and Blessed Kateri churches.I like the drinks I get there as well because they are fast and always the correct flavors. Johann is the best barista there!

I recently moved near this area so this became my regular Starbucks. On multiple occasions my drink is half the size of what it should . Today I Ordered a venti hot latte and it was 4 fingers from the top. I finally asked the worker if this was normal when I took the lid off and they looked at the drink and said "that must be a grande in a venti cup is that what you ordered".... the print out on the cup said venti latte and that's what I paid for. Seems like an intentional ploy.

I visited this location this Thursday in the afternoon. As I was waiting to order my drink, i saw this man named Andrew yelling at one of the employees while three people waited in line. He had a bad attitude, horrible customer service, and overall seemed to be pissed off at everyone, including the customers. I won't be returning to this location until I know that people like him won't be working there.

Service was great. Maria was excellent and provided some helpful info and options for my Caramel Ribbon Crunch order. She was friendly and made the place very inviting.

Just moved to the neighborhood. Ordered a black iced coffee no classic as I have several times before at other locations, 3rd time at this location this week (walking distance from home and no coffee maker yet) so I am aware what it typically tastes like. Employee I hadn't encountered before seemed indifferent and bothered. Still tipped as I come from a service background and always tip, people have bad days. Coffee tasted watered down and I felt no effect leading me to believe I was given decaf. Asked them, but was ignored so I left. Bummer.

Happened to be around the area, this is by far the worst Starbucks that I've been to. When I expressed that my refresher size wrong, the employee seemed more annoyed that i should have been. He then proceeded to tossing it in a bigger cup and adding a little bit extra. The cup wasn't filled, I literally offered to pay the difference. Never again. Not to mention the cashier was rude and it was obvious she didn't want to be there. Once she took our order she immediately walked away and started talking about her issues with her mother with her coworker. Ridiculously unprofessional. Again, never again.

I love Starbucks! Because who doesn't. I happen to be working around the area so I came in here for a drink. I placed my order and had a seat. Someone ordered 2 drinks after I ordered my 1 drink. And sure His drinks were made before mine. I asked for mine they said they were making it. I don't know. Maybe they make hot drinks before the cold drinks.
