This place is great. The service is really fast and everything is clean. The restrooms are clean, tables are wiped down, and the drinks and food are great. I got the hot cocoa last time I was here and it was pretty good. The place was small but it was great. The photo shown is a different drink though. This place is good.

Horrible place I surprised about the rude service and the rude team for no reason I ordered today at 5 pm small amiricano and after 10 minutes waiting I asked the team to have my drink because is no customer inside the store and no reason for the wait they reply me should be wait more till your order be ready
I am never see rude way to talk with customer like that it’s badly customer service ever seen and badly team ever seen disrespectful and impolite

You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes the coffee is great, but most of the time it tastes weird. They need better training on drink preparation. Ongoing homeless problem. If I am paying $6 for a coffee not good to have transient hanging outside smelling bad.

Ever since Starbucks stopped allowing customers to put their own cream and sugar and such into our coffee, ordering a simple drip coffee has become such a pain. They didn't put enough cream in my cup. Had to ask for more. Than had to wait a few minutes to ask for more. Finally, I got the right amount, but what used to be a nice place to stop for coffee, it's now become stressful since the change.

I live across from this location this is the 6 th time I order shaken esspreso, I repeat no added sugar pls ,and I can smell the sugar from feet away. they be so proud introducing themself rather then listen to customer request properly, and to add insult on the injury , i always tip ..ill be to late to go add I'll be to late to go back and replace it bc I be on the freeway .BTW FYI STARBUCKS SUGAR KILLS SLOWLY.
