Drink was made exactly how I wanted it, staff was very friendly. Went there to do my homework, I spilled my drink and was promptly helped by a worker named Otto,who genuinely seemed to be concerned if I was burned and cleaned up the spill.

Racist towards black people. Arrested for sitting inside charging my phone. Police soliciting a trespass to have me illegally arrested and the racist employees went along with it. This store should be ashamed of doing this to innocent people.

1. Terrible restroom design – The layout is a complete failure. If you sit near the restrooms, you’re constantly hit with unpleasant odors every time the door opens. While the open design might look appealing, it utterly fails in functionality and basic customer comfort.
2. Unacceptable internet speed despite higher prices – Despite increasing coffee prices, this branch refuses to invest in decent internet. They use the cheapest plan, with painfully slow speeds barely reaching 10-15 Mbps—almost unheard of these days. Even basic web browsing is a struggle, making it completely unacceptable for a modern café

I came into this Starbucks to get 2 drinks, I explained to the cashier when I paid and left a 2 dollar tip, 'wish I didn't now'. I am hearing impaired. Maybe she didn't take me seriously? The barista made my drink iced almond white chocolate mocha, now waiting on a grande strawberry acai with green tea and lemonade. When the barista set down my drink I was confused, it was in a hot cup, so I said oh I got a iced one she said rudely we are out of iced cups. I said oh ok I also stated I was waiting for a second drink ,she said it would be a few more minutes. I said ok, 10 mins go by no drink, so I asked again she said that drink comes from another area, she went over and asked the other barista, well it was just sitting on the counter it came out before my iced coffee. The cashier and coffee barista were rude and started talking which came off extremely rude & not welcoming at all. I would give 0 for service. I am deaf. Like the cashier could have made more of an effort to let the barista know, and I wouldn't be standing there an extra 15mins. Also the coffee barista wouldn't have gotten frustrated with me. Awful. This was on 02/20/2025 Thursday in the morning between 9am and 10am.

Omg it's the first time my drink comes out horrible! They don't pay attention to what you order and when I came back to have it fixed the cashier had an attitude! Terrible, I think it was bad, I pay for my order, they don't give it to me for free! I'm going with so much pleasure to buy and so that it is treated if

Horrible place I surprised about the rude service and the rude team for no reason I ordered today at 5 pm small amiricano and after 10 minutes waiting I asked the team to have my drink because is no customer inside the store and no reason for the wait they reply me should be wait more till your order be ready I am never see rude way to talk with customer like that it’s badly customer service ever seen and badly team ever seen disrespectful and impolite Do not go to that store even the drinks it’s for free
