Ever since Starbucks stopped allowing customers to put their own cream and sugar and such into our coffee, ordering a simple drip coffee has become such a pain. They didn't put enough cream in my cup. Had to ask for more. Than had to wait a few minutes to ask for more. Finally, I got the right amount, but what used to be a nice place to stop for coffee, it's now become stressful since the change.

On my way to a Pin up Contest from way down Southern California..made a stop...Left my phone in the Restroom. Went back hours later to find someone turned it in. And Humanity is not lost in this part of the community!!!Thank u to whomever turned it in.?

Sand Canyon Starbucks is our very favorite Starbucks. All the Battista are fabulous and the staff is like family. We go almost every day sometimes twice.

I live across from this location this is the 6 th time I order shaken esspreso, I repeat no added sugar pls ,and I can smell the sugar from feet away. they be so proud introducing themself rather then listen to customer request properly, and to add insult on the injury , i always tip ..ill be to late to go add I'll be to late to go back and replace it bc I be on the freeway .BTW FYI STARBUCKS SUGAR KILLS SLOWLY.

Customer service here is really bad!! You have baristas greeting customers saying "welcome" with their heads down (might as well not say anything.) You should greet, and make brief eye contact. Also while waiting I noticed customers waiting at the counter to pick-up drinks or because of a wrong order and no one acknowledged them. Customers literally had to walk up to someone on the other end of the counter. Restrooms were dirty, toilet paper not restocked and there was a frappe spill in front of the door splashed on to the glass and all the girl did was pour hot water. When I mentioned to her about the spill she had an attitude and said she knew about it. Had she known about it, she should have put a caution sign right away, but did after the fact when she was cleaning. This location is really lacking customer service and professionalism! Managers need to be managers and step up!!

Stopped in simply to use restroom. Was meet with a genuine greeting and smile. This small interaction was enough to move me to leave a short review.
Drinks were ok but people every where that weren't buying any thing and just hanging out wasn't cool.

They never have my favorite & the main reason I go to Starbucks, spinach, feta wrap. The atmosphere gets 1 star because the music they play IS SO DAMN LOUD! You can't attempt a conversation or hear yourself think. Also the air conditioner is crazy high & you'll freeze your a$$ off so bring a sweater.

Always my go to spot to get some caffeine. My go to drink is the mango dragonfruit refresher. I really wish Starbucks would bring back the very berry hibiscus refresher. Service is generally pretty quick. Be back tomorrow!
