I placed a mobile order in which I specifically asked for light ice. (See photo) Not only did they not give me light ice, my drink was not full when I picked it up. This is done quite often at this location the last few months. If I don't order light ice the cup is full and asking for light ice gets less drink and they ignore the light ice request. When going through the drive thru and ordering any food item, they rarely hand you a napkin with your order. I have been coming to this location every day for 2 years and recently it's been horrible. I can overlook once but this is becoming a pattern.

Do not enter! Go to the one inside the vons and you'll actually get the proper service. I can see why they're hiring, but they should just close.

Coffee or fuel lol these are some of the issues I see in California there both the same price one gets you a lil more fluid then the other which one is it?

This Starbucks is on my drive home, so been stopping in here after work when I need a quick fix. It's been so hot out these last few times, so been grabbing my go to venti pink drink. It's like a creamy strawberry milk that isn't too sweet and just enough to keep ya hydrated! Also the afternoon staff have been super friendly and helpful, and the wait time doesn't seem as long, as I come in after work.

Well! I spent a whole 20 mins waiting for my order but that is not why I am writing a negative review. I had to be at work within 5 mins and asked the girl with a crochet beanie if it was almost done and if not I could have my hubby pick it up, and with a loud condescending and bi$\\u0026@y tone, in front of customers says “I have a lot of orders there’s not only yours is this it?! Here” while slapping on a lid and chucking a straw at the counter. I chose not to respond only because I was running late and had I, it would have escalated but I didn’t think my question warranted that kind of attitude.

No one greeted us when we walked in and didn't even ask to take our order. After we ordered we were waiting over ten minutes for two small drinks and a sandwich. We finally looked and saw our stuff in a large group of other drinks just chilling there. The supposed "baristas" were making the stuff and just putting them down without even calling anyones names. They hadn't even asked for our names initially. That's rude. Anyway my sandwich was cold again by that time but I had wasted so much time already I just left. Train better

Came in and too be honest I am not a coffee fan but needed a sweet pick me upper and something cold. Lyndsay was so sweet and helpful! She went out of her way to assist me picking something I would like! Her personality and demeanor were something special ! A true gem! Abby , Fredrick, Suzzie, and Shelly were all so sweet ! What a fantastic crew in this place ! I am a business owner and let me just say I would be proud to have these nice folks on my team! Lyndsay you made my day ! Thank you for treating me so nice ! Small kind gestures go a long way in todays crazy world !

Great place really fast when I got there I just ordered pulled up to the window and they had my drinks ready before I even got my card out

Usually love coming here although they're very busy my drinks are made right. Yet today when I come I have 100$ bill and am told I can't use it and to use a card. Obviously I don't have a card hence the cash that was the only resolution they had. Don't know if the girl was a manager or what but her customer service sucks.

Went to Starbucks a few days ago and was very impressed with the service I got from a nice young man named Ross . He was very helpful when I was ordering as I'm not very familiar with the menu. I made a mistake ordering but he handled it well and fixed it for me .

Honestly annoyed and disappointed. Drove here because I'm feeling under the weather and saw that this location doesn't close until 10:30 when I pulled up at 10 they said they were closed. If this is the case someone needs to get on top of updating Yelp, Google maps, etc. because this isn't cool to be honest. Not mad at the workers or employees but whoever is in charge of updating hours on the internet please do that.
