Had to add my cup with my time stamp to recognize whoever made my drink today- this is the best hazelnut espresso I’ve had by far!!! It’s one of my favorite drinks and flavors and I’ve always enjoyed it. I could taste the extra love it was made with today. And the barista taking my order was very helpful in looking for a drink- I was also picking up for my boyfriend. Thank you for always being helpful and sending me off with yummy drinks! Happy Sunday!

Convenient location and the staff is quick when it's busy, and always put up some great banter in the drive-through when it's slow. My drinks, 90% of the time, are on point, but you honestly can't control how much sweetener the pumps are actually administering nor how strong the coffee brews get, so it is what it is.

We were there last night and a sign on the door stating they were closing at 8:30pm because of being short staffed but at 7:30pm we were asked to leave due to plumbing issues as it was a health issue. We did not see any commotion or smell any odd smells.Don’t think we will be returning to that location again

Starbucks consistency throughout, good service, and my favorite beverage. I don't like the sinks being in a common area outside the toilet. This means "everyone" (gender neutral restrooms) uses the bathroom and then must touch the door to go out and wash your hands. How is this more convenient, cleanly or cost effective (there are still 2 sinks + hand dryers or paper towels)?Vegetarian options: They have things like cheese and nuts and Soy milk cocunut or almond milk at substitute, Grilled cheese sandwich, fresh bananas, yogurt and oats with fruitDietary restrictions: They have things like cheese and nuts, nonfat and Soy milk cocunut or almond milk at substitute, Grilled cheese sandwich, fresh bananas, yogurt and oats with fruitParking: Plenty of parking drive through and handicapped as well.Kid-friendliness: Hot chocolate and other small blended items like vanilla bean Frappuccino with no coffee etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spaces and Van accessible with ramp for wheelchair.

The staff is very nice and friendly. But I have two complaints: 1) too much ice in the cold drink even when I ask for easy ice & 2) not enough liquid in the hot drinks; there's way too much foam in the lattes and macchiatos. I'm a pretty seasoned barista if I do say so myself so I think I know what I'm talking about. The cup shouldn't feel as if it's not filled completely--it's very possible (and necessary) to fill to the top. The top 1/4 inch can be for the foam and the cup will be filled to capacity.

I always love coming to this Starbucks. Sometimes the music is way too loud but that's not what I wanted to comment on. The barista, Maddie, I swear, PUTS HER FOOT in my coffee when she makes it! It HITS e v e r y s i n g l e time she makes it. GIRL!!!! I want to see her doing great things but I hope she has a couple years left of school and stays at this location in the meantime lol SO GOOD! This is my favorite Santa Clarita Starbucks. Always clean with a very nice staff. I have yet to receive a messed up order. I just really like friendly people. So I come here. And I know what you might be thinking "every Starbucks is the same." But I don't always find that true. They have a drive through as well.

Great new spot, I’m glad that they have power outlets still available, not like the LA

Probably the newest looking and least crowded Starbucks in town (at least for now). Plenty of outlets to plug your laptop into, and a blue theme throughout (nice break from the typical Starbucks green). Unlike some other Starbucks in town, do have to let them your name to pick up your mobile order. Another interesting feature is that though the restrooms are single-user (like most Starbucks), the sinks are shared.Parking: Free parking lot that serves the entire plaza

The barista's and the manger at this store are so AMAZING!! Never had a problem with them before. They even know my order the second I say my name and they have NEVER made my drink wrong and I go every single day! Best Starbucks in town hands down.

Went by to order a coffee, next thing you know I'm unconscious on the ground. I woke up to barista Eduardo saving my life. In exchange of giving me a second chance at life, I've vowed to he his servant for the rest of my life. The coffee was alright tho.
