Starbucks

Stopped in to get a coffee, tried to use the restroom prior to ordering and was rudly told restroom “was closed.”
The tone and attitude was not something that was needed or appropriate.
I decided to leave without doing business there. Will a vapid this location in the future….

The two girls working tonight don’t know that an oat milk latte is not hot chocolate. Ordered two oat milk. Lattes gave us two hot chocolates went back in told them we wanted oatmeal lattes. Watched him dump it out. They made two drinks and guess what hot chocolate again I gave up and just considered it a loss.

Love this Starbucks so much. Everyone that works here is so sweet and they all make an effort to remember their more frequent customers! And for some reason I always love my drinks way more when I get them made here!! ☺️

Quiet off the freeway, clean bathrooms walk in only

This has to be my go-to Starbies. Yesterday afternoon I went in to replace my refresher that my puppy knocked over and spilled (tragic, I know) and Cat surprised me by comping my drink! Honestly it made my day. Thank you so so much, Cat, for your kindness. <3

New cups are eco-friendly... kinda miss seeing the multiple layers in the clear cups.
Strawberry chai was delicious guess it really doesn't matter what kind of cup it's in lol

Not a very nice Starbucks. The location is good and the store is clean. I was waiting for my drink and the manager kicked a family out. Very not good to see. Ruined their day AND mine.

Good standard Starbucks - which means it is quite nice. Very accessible from the street and very close to highway. Lots of parking space. One restroom available- need code to unlock- please ask the barista nicely. Coffee was good. I ordered iced matcha latte. It was fast. Also got a coupon with the app, so it was a good deal.

Awful staff, guy was very rude. Closed the restroom at 4 because they didn’t want to clean it later even though they are open until 8pm.

Drinks are good, but bathroom are closed last weekend and today Oct. 5,2024... That because the person who cleans the restroom left,so there no one else to do the job. Wow. What happened to Management? Disappointed
See if STARBUCKS DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?
