Updating about this Starbucks the first Starbucks ever to give me cold bagels for breakfast you know why?? Because everyone knows breakfast bagel must be warmed and toasted I opened bagel and it's freezing cold. Anyway no one cares I guess because they never replied for previous ratings and reviews shame really they don't monitor. And I took a picture to show you if bagel was toast crusted must show but it's not so proof I'm not making this up they are not doing their job correctly

As a former barista from Starbucks. And a current barista. This one. WOW. What can I say. This place really is great. Jordan is phenomenal at her craftsmen's ship when it comes to making the perfect drink. I haven't had a drink this wonderful in a very long time. Don't ever fire her! She is an exceptional barista! I definitely think this Starbucks is one of the better ones in town. Very pleased with my experiences here tonight! All the baristas here are very polite and wonderful. This is a great location. 100/100. Definitely will return. Thank you guys very much!

Drove here one morning and ordered a Tall iced matcha. Then I changed my mind when I got to the window and asked if they can make me a Grande instead. She said "yes" and yelled it over her shoulder. I sat at the window and witnessed the barista grabbed a Grande cup, filled it with ice and dumped my Tall matcha in there. I wanted to say something right then but there was a line behind me and we have all been waiting longer than usual because there was a big ordered that just went through before us. I decided to call the next day. Here is the issue: Called the next day and asked to speak to a manager. Ryan (shift leader) said he was manager on duty. I explained to him what happened and asked if that was normal? Right of the bat, he already had an attitude over the phone. Didn't answer the question nor apologize for the incident. He said "well, if you want a free drink, you will have to come in now!" I told him I didn't want a free drink. He then asked "so, I'm not sure why you're calling then!!!" I simply said I just wanted you to know what happened. There was a silent and then he asked "anything else?" I told him he was super rude. He hung up! I called back and asked why he hung up on me? He said "you didn't want a free drink and I heard your story. I wasn't going to stay on the phone with you if you thought I was rude!"...and hung up again. Patrick Sweeney, if you're reading this. Please pay a visit to this brand new location and maybe go over the customer service etiquettes with Ryan please. This location is SUPER convenient for me to get my coffee. Nope! I rather drive out of the way before I go back here again. 8/27/23Not sure if they're short staffed or out harvesting coffee beans but I was in the drive through for 22 minutes for one drink. It wasn't one car in front holding up the line, it was for the 4 cars in front of me. I think this location is a disaster

They play the music too loud both inside and out. (Believe it or not I am not a boomer.) Music is supposed to be a nice BACKGROUND enhancement to the ambiance. We are not at a concert or record drop party. We are having coffee and attempting conversation. It is pretty telling that there is rarely anyone sitting inside or outside of this location. And again, perhaps that is the plan.

Sent my son to buy an iced almond matcha from this location and I got this? WTF total waste of money. The worst Starbucks matcha I've ever had in my life. It's like a child made this. Pls train your staff to at least mix it well. It's disgusting, so grainy, and tasteless

Hiring manager and business owner. PAY ATTENTION to your recent reviews. You are getting one star reviews for people not getting their orders right. You have disconcerned and entitled employees at your location currently employed. From another business owner, I can tell you it's like cancer. My immediate suggestion is to replace your manager because issues like this always begin at the top. TAKE NOTE... When someone gets a drive-through order wrong, it doesn't make you even when you have to make a 20-minute round trip to replace or get refunded. It's shocking to get the wrong sandwich in a bag marked with the right name. Far as I'm concerned you owe me $20 for the time I spent to correct your mistake on MOTHER'S DAY no less. Also noted, I got attitude when I went back to ask for a refund. You guys seriously messed up my day and made it, "A THING" today.

After that I couldn't put my thoughts together to order even or correction don't even want to order because I can't stand the way he approached me felt like I'm bothering him and I shouldn't be even there at the first place. I was ok I need more time and got out from store. Went there for breakfast coffee and study and first impression was awful. Have to leave and put this review hopefully they will fix this if next time I visited there. Also no paper towels in restrooma to dry hands

I do t know what it is about this location but they can’t seem to get your order right twice! Even though the label on your cup says what you want they still mange not read your order! Ive gotten more wrong drinks than not! I come here every morning on my way to work, my drink is extremely simple! And still they manage to get it wrong! And these young girls they hire have no customer skills what’s so ever! You try to be extra nice and smile at them and NOTHING! It’s sad!
