It's absolutely appalling that after placing an order online, with clear instructions to pick it up at the counter, you arrive only to find the store closed. This is a gross oversight on their part and a complete disregard for customer convenience. And if you happened to have arrived by bicycle? Well, it seems they couldn't care less about your predicament! What an absolute disgrace!

Management needs better training.. didn’t get the manager/supervisor name but overheard (understatement) one of them yelling & threatening an unfair write up on one of the employees..
They have the friendliest group of baristas. I'll come out of my way to come here when I'm craving a drink because everyone has always been so sweet and friendly!

Recently for some reason a lot of Starbucks baristas have had not the best attitude and honestly I felt as if I was asking for a free favor instead of buying and paying for an expensive coffee drink. HOWEVER , today when I stopped by this Starbucks , our barista Mike took me back to why I started going to Starbucks in the first place , he was very polite, cheerful, very enthusiastic, charismatic and truly cared to get our drinks right. He actually make me want to go back there and get more drinks and tell my friends to go there for their Starbies!! Thank you so much Mike , you are truly naturally amazing !!
