I absolutely love this Starbucks not necessarily for the cups, but for the incredible service I always receive. The baristas here make every drink perfectly, and there’s never a long line.
Today almost turned into a bad experience, but Danny came to the rescue! He gave serious manager energy so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the best way to order my drink, and personally made my drink, it made all the difference.
Because of Danny and the rest of the team’s kindness, speed, and consistency, I’ll continue going out of my way to visit this particular location.

I ordered two drinks with light ice, and both of them came filled with extra ice — despite the stickers clearly saying light ice. It’s disappointing when the order details are ignored, especially when it's printed right on the cup. Customers deserve to get exactly what they pay for. Please pay more attention to special requests in the future.

I go into starbucks and buy my drink. I pay a few dollars extra because of some extra things I added. I ordered cold foam, but when I drink my drink there is no cold foam. If I pay an extra dollar or two on an ALREADY expensive drink then its only right i receive what I buy. Same barista showed attitude as well. Horrible experience.

I don’t know when Starbucks change their lids from the plastic to these new cardboard twist on top lids. But literally suck and probably the worst lids ever was handed at my drink this morning and as I grabbed it to take my first sip, of course the lid does not sit on the cup properly and coffee spilled all over me Perfect timing have a meeting first thing in the morning and wearing a white shirt lovely no time to change or run back home thanks for ruining my morning Starbucks

It's absolutely appalling that after placing an order online, with clear instructions to pick it up at the counter, you arrive only to find the store closed. This is a gross oversight on their part and a complete disregard for customer convenience. And if you happened to have arrived by bicycle? Well, it seems they couldn't care less about your predicament! What an absolute disgrace!
