Love Starbucks but I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t like the tea cups being used for venti handcraft drinks rather than the larger plastic ones. I feel like it’s less product and more ice and I’m being stolen from so I won’t be returning to this location

P.S. If I recall it was Hannah that was working…she seemed sad to even tell me this. If your employees don’t want to agree with you why on earth are you doing this? For a nickel? Really?
Besides, you can charge for water, but you cannot refuse to offer it. Do better. Please.

NEEDS security for restrooms, a required passcode, or a single room restroom. My toddler had to use the restroom and this man came into the women's restroom and began pleasuring himself while I was taking my kid to restroom. Very disturbing, manager was very concerned and very kind. However, I can't come back because of that experience. Not the Starbucks fault but they do need more security.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order online for a mobile pickup because I saw the store hours showed it was still open. I got out and went up to the door and I was rudely gestured that the store was closed. That employee was absolutely rude and I can’t believe this coming from Starbucks. I want a refund, it is not my fault for this store’s negligence that the store hours are wrong. Completely unacceptable

This is by far the upmost best Starbucks location throughout Santa Clarita Valley. I strive to come every single morning to get greeted, assisted & serve by the most outstanding BARISTA named JAY. He blew my mind when i walked in to place my order, but before I could verbalize my specialty styled drink, Jay immediately said EXACTLY my order down to the tee, and left no crumbs. Omgosh!! I was extremely impressed, surprised he remembered since he serves several patrons through the day. Jay not only gave me such an unforgettable experience, but an experience where I will FOREVER do business with this location. Jay is one of those persons who are unsung Hero's, making the lives of others around him more worthy because of sweet gestures & an award winning demeanor to go with his eccentric personality.. My goodness I truly respect & love this fellow, he's really a gem to the Stsrbucks brand. It's not just a job, but it's so much more than that to Jay, and he exudes that through his charismatic approach. I truly want Starbucks to not only recognize Jay for his hardworking & courageous spirit, but for the sinple fact he's takes making his colleagues & customers feel heard, seen, appreciated, and warm. Thank you Jay!!!! Today is Thanksgiving, hope nothing but love & blessings for you going forward.
Went in and i ended up buying absolutely nothing. About 90% of the time I read the ingredients label before buying any food or drink and Starbucks is fast food and full of chemicals. They portray themselves as progressive but they are not.
