This is by far the upmost best Starbucks location throughout Santa Clarita Valley. I strive to come every single morning to get greeted, assisted & serve by the most outstanding BARISTA named JAY. He blew my mind when i walked in to place my order, but before I could verbalize my specialty styled drink, Jay immediately said EXACTLY my order down to the tee, and left no crumbs. Omgosh!! The large dining room was empty. With only 3 employees, service was a little slow. The food was good. The hard to get into and out of parking lot is a bigger obstacle to eating there.
This has been happening lately every time I order, I pay extra money for cold foam and every order these past weeks have not had any foam in any drinks in multiple visits. But, when it does have foam, It’s some sort of white airy bubbles and does not look or taste like cold foam at all! This has been happening to other people I know that go to this location as well. Staff is great and welcoming/friendly but hope this can be fixed at this location.
