Went in today and ordered a cold brew with a little bit of sweet cream. The girl making it added alot, it was extremely sweet. I even asked her if she made it with only a little cream and she said yes. Clearly that was a lie and she didn't read the label on the cup. Ruined my coffee.

I ordered one of the summer berry drinks earlier today I am so disappointed because it was a venti. When I opened it it was filled to almost to the 3rd line on top full of ice. It was more Ice then the drink by itself

Seriously they can't even fill up your cup when you ask for light ice. It's impossible for them to figure out the proper ratio with out the extra ice....I just want my cup full with light ice. Is that so hard to ask..

These new cups are just an excuse to take out all the bells and whistles and give you a plain drink with no toppings, no drizzle, no java chips, no FLAVOR! I can’t believe I asked for a chocolate covered strawberry crème frap and when I open it up there is no chocolate! It’s just a strawberry creme frap! That’s a completely different drink!! Just because we can’t see inside the drink now doesn’t mean we can’t taste when you mess up or put in less effort or run out of an ingredient. When I looked at the app immediately after to see my order it said it was out of stock. If you’re out just say that. Don’t treat me like I’m stupid.

I've been to this place like around 7-10 times and stayed within it like 3-4 times. It's not as lively as other Starbucks nearby. Usually like 1- 2 customers inside. For me I like it when it feels vibrant and alive, so that takes it down a notch. The baristas have always been well informed and attend you pretty quickly.

I came 9/24/2024 8:15 the male drive thru attendant wasn’t rude however he was unfriendly and short when I asked him questions he said no body caught that he sounded irritated. I came and I bought two drinks and a food item it’s not cheap so I expect friendly customer service.

As a individual who goes to Starbucks more often than not, the customer service here was NOT IT. I went through the drive thru and usually it is "Welcome to Starbucks, what is your name, or may I take your order."
No, the first person (male laughing) presents himself and says "WHO'S THIS" I guess he was cackling with his companions and then a female spoke through the mic and says the same phrase as him, "WHO'S THIS" definitley irked me , they need to work on their wording for sure. I usually stick to the Starbucks on Sierra Hwy/Via Princessa.
