The new cups are horrible especially for cold drinks the ice melts in 2min. They messed up my order and had to go through the drive through for the new drink and she couldn't take my old one to throw away!!! Now I have two horrible drinks in my work truck looking for a damn trash can to throw them away thr ice is all melted my drink taste nasty half warm half cold and I jus got it 5min ago. Pathetic

Waiting for my 4 min coffee took about 10 mins. Walkins still seem to be in the same que as drive in and mobile orders.

I ordered three venti cold brews by iPhone app to save time. When I arrived there to pick up, there were three small tall sizes of our ordered drinks. Therefore, I had to wait for the remake of our drinks to the Venti sizes which I ordered. Unhappily, he didn't express any sorry for the delay and just trashed the three small tall sizes with some temper without any offer for the delay of my time. In fact, this is the busiest Starbucks in the area all day, therefore all employees are always look tired.

Very rude and bad temper guy took my order he was very aggressive and mean, he should wear name tag why everyone have name tags and he doesn't!!!?? also my flat white texture was done very horribly!!! Picture will be posted !!!

Be VERY careful of particular employee that tips themselves without authorization. This person takes your card in the drive through and does the transaction and clicks $5 tip option very quickly so customer doesn’t notice.This is nothing short of stealing. This individual took money without permission. My concern is, how many other customers does this individual rip off? And how many days has this person has done this?This individual dresses kind of feminine but has facial hair.
