I first went to say that the only bad experience I’ve ever had, is twice now with Liz. Early am at the window. Rude, snappy, and very condescending. Not at all what you always get at Starbucks.

I usually go to the Starbucks once a week been coming here probably for at least two years. I think that's how long they've been open. It's very clean has a nice patio. Very nice inside but I will say the staff is not very friendly. I'm not saying they're rude, but they're definitely not friendly .I usually find the majority at Starbucks very friendly, but not this one. Specially, if you go in there once a week you would think they would appreciate a regular customer.You walk in usually don't get a hello or Thankyou.
Michael is the heart and soul of this store. When I hear his voice on the drive thru intercom it instantly makes my day better. He always has the best attitude and has amazing customer service. Not only that but his ability it multitask is amazing. He NEVER misses a beat. He deserves a pay bump

always a nice treat, pretty crowded with some. loud people and music vs other stores I have been to. as a side not this location has a mens room that requires you to j*** the handle upwards to get in. a regular had to tell me after seeing me stand there for 15 minutes and get irritated..even he had trouble getting into the bathroom initially as well.

I keep waiting to have a good experience at this location and it just hasn't happened. I've been here a few times and the service is just awful. The staff are not very polite. Machines are broken quite often. The space is dirty. If you can avoid going to this location, go somewhere else for your drinks.
