everything was great except they did not take my coupon saying that this particular restaurant did not participate in any coupon program so I am giving a solid four star rating...Vegetarian options: there are plenty of vegetarian options available...Dietary restrictions: great place to eat if you are on a diet...Parking: there is plenty of parking from three different parking lots...Kid-friendliness: partially kid friendly...Wheelchair accessibility: there is three different wheelchair access points so that is a plus...

I’ve been here before without any problem. The guy that took my order wasn’t very friendly. I ordered a 6” Italian bmt sandwich, nothing special. When I went to pay and give my coupon, he said they did not accept the coupon on this Sandwich. I replied every month when I received them in the past you have accepted the coupon. It’s not a specialty sandwich and the coupon did not have any exclusions. Very disappointed in their not accepting their own discounts.

They don’t accept any Subway coupons, so don’t waste your time. Service here is a hit and miss. Food is, well, Subway, which tells you all you should know.

This is the most neglected Subway I've been to. Sides weren't fresh at all. Server must wear a mask if he's got cold and coughs while prepping order. I got a unwarmed #16 sweet onion teriyaki cold chicken, server said his toaster's not ready yet and for me to just warm it up in my microwave before I eat it:-(

This is the worst subway by far. Terrible customer service, dirty and they don't accept the mail in coupons. I rather make a further drive on my lunch break to a different subway location that actually accepts coupons. Time are tough.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! It doesn’t even deserve one star. When we walked in they had frozen cucumbers and the tomatoes were yellow. They tried to give my daughter an old piece of bread that was cut completely through in half so that all of the sandwich would fall out the sides. I asked for another one and then the sandwich maker got angry and then I said thank you and she was mad and ignored me. The woman making the sandwiches made about 10 sandwiches before I ordered and never changed her gloves. I am allergic to avocado and she had made some with avocado before me and never changed her gloves. I didn’t notice. With the same gloves on she was touching everything and smearing stuff on the counter. After I ate my sandwich I completely broke out because of my allergies. I called and told the absolutely unprofessional rude manager. She said they only change their gloves when they are dirty. I told her that’s not safe practice when there’s people with allergies. She told me people tell her first that they have allergies and I should have done so. I told her that every other sandwich shop changes their gloves in between so they don’t contaminate the next sandwich they are making. She said they only change their gloves when they get dirty. What the heck does that mean?!?!!! That is disgusting !!! She said, I kid you not, “Well if you’re breaking out everywhere you should go to the doctor.” Then she asked for my phone number and name. And I said are you going to call me back? Why do you need my name and number. She said no I’m not gonna call you back. Then proceeded to raise her voice at me, never apologized once. Then I got angry and raise my voice and she said don’t you raise your voice at me lady!!!! The rudest customer service I’ve ever had in Santa Clarita in my 40 years of living here. This place is a joke and you will probably get sick.

We ordered online and thru a delivery service. The first few orders were good. The next two the breads were not toasted, pickles were added and minimal meat. DO NOT order from this subway. Ya never know what you’re honing to get. Plus payment in advance. Not good business.

Ordered a pastrami , missing all ingredients I asked for in the app. How hard is it to follow. No napkins included either. Jalapeños where hard as a rock, 3 root ends in the sandwich as well, this employee doesn’t care at all.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!Store owner is extremely rude I placed the promotion online that subway offers and he canceled my order when I got to the store saying they don't accept coupons! When the order went through and he turned me away!This store scams people so DO NOT GO!!
