Bread was stale. Hard to chew. The workers were extremely rude and laughing. Probably because they gave us stale bread.

I've been having an ongoing issue with this store, but no more. Twice now, we've ordered sandwiches through the app and both times we barely had any produce on the sandwiches (ordered Veggie Delights). The second time I actually counted the items on my sandwich, and on a foot long we had three tomato slices, about a half cup of lettuce and 4 olives. For a $9 sandwich, which is entirely produce, I expected more. I received a survey, I complained, and then the store manager sent an email and offered a free footlong for my trouble.The next time I ordered, I did it through the app and again, barely anything in the sandwich. I responded to their survey, complained, and got an email from the manager with guess what? Another free footlong. On round three, I decided to visit the store in person vs. ordering through the app, hoping my experience would be different (note: I still hadn't claimed my free sandwiches, and this is the closest Subway to my home). As I suspected, when you watch them make your sandwich all is good. No complaints. Sandwiches were great. I followed up with the manager to share my observation. I wasn't sure if it was sandwich makers rushing on mobile orders or if it was some sort of cost-savings tactic. A few days later, I called the manager to claim my free sandwiches. After my sandwiches were made I told the cashier that my sandwiches were free, as per the manager. The manager then came over to me and said, "If you order online it is your responsibility to check your order before you leave the store. If you don't check your sandwiches before you leave, that's not our problem." OK, what? While I always peek inside the bag to make sure I have the right sandwiches, I'm not going to ask the person handing them to me to unroll the paper off of each sandwich so I can check the contents. The suggestion is ridiculous. Free sandwiches or not, I'm not returning and I'm also giving this store one star. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to another location.

Jason the Sandwich King! Guy makes subs like nobody's business. I usually get the same thing and I kinda don't like to change it up I have mine down. But Jason Suggested a couple of new ones off the menu and he sounded confident on how good they were. So I said alright man you sold me. I swear if it wasn't the best sub I ever ate! He made it his way but dang! Anyways the guys top notch! Great attitude, he needs a promotion stat! Thanks man for a great experience

I frequent this subway often. The workers are kind and will sell me a side of avocado usually when I stop by to get poke. Today I stopped in and the manager seemed to be present who wouldn't allow me to purchase just the side. I was also trying to purchase a beverage but she was rude and unfriendly so I decided to leave. I'll never be going to this location again for a sandwich or any other need I may have from a subway.

Very poor service- 2 miserable young females that do know how to behave in a customer service environment. Every question was an eye roll and a grunt of annoyance like they are doing me a favor for making my sandwich. My young child can't decide fast enough she rolls her eyes. I ask a simple question and she has no idea what veggies are so she throws them on the sandwich like its my fault I am ordering. Come on ladies all you have to do is take an order and put it on bread not difficult but your sour puss attitude is making your life miserable. You ladies seem miserable in life you should not be serving food- maybe work cleaning dishes . Plus cashier charged me for 3 chips and didn't know how to refund me- yucky people low life attitudes and they prob wonder why they cant get ahead in life- change your attitude and figure out ur sh*t - thats all I have to say-

Stars are for the exceptional service from Igor and Anisha (sandwich was wonderful too). It was so nice to see young people actually "working" at their job and taking care of the people who keep them employed! I can only imagine how great the owner is, being able to scope out such magnificent employees, however, Igor should be running the place.

Schedule is not reliable, Friday says open at 730 but they are not open. Best if you go at 9 am.

Showed up the this location at 9am to pick up breakfast to find that only one person was working, I thought to myself okay no big deal only one person is in there ordering anyways. I walk in to find that a customer was ordering 5 foot longs and I could already tell the employee was feeling stressed. 15 mins goes by and she reassured me she will be with me in a second. Online orders are coming in and she is making these in the processes. As she starts taking my order she asks me "is it okay if I do this online order first while your sandwich warms?" I told her sure no problem. She is just trying to be time efficient. At this point more customers are coming in and I'm still just trying to get the first sandwich made. Still no other employees are coming in and it's already 9:30am. I did not get my order and leave until 9:50am. Nearly an entire hour of a wait for 2 sandwiches to be made because of poor scheduling and management. I understand times are tough right now with hiring enough staff, but this falls under poor management and planning. Your employees should not feel this much pressure on a SATURDAY MORNING when you should know it would be busy. It's not the employees faults!

I called at 1130 to have lunch delivered to my work. I made it super clear to them that i needed it delivered close to 12 as possible. The girl said no problem ,itll be there 15-30 minutes. Again before we hungup i mentioned again that i go back to work at 1230 and if i cant get it around 12 then i wouldnt order it. She assured me it would be here before 1230. Well 1230 comes and it didnt arrive so i called them and they said she had the delivery time as 1230. They hadnt even made the sandwich yet and said they can cancel the order since they didnt make it yet. That was it, so i didnt eat lunch today cuz my car is in the shop and im starving now
