This Subway is heads and shoulders above any others in SCV. The food looks and tastes fresh, and they don't try to short you with barely any toppings; it is still Subway, so it won't wow you, of course. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Plus, this location accepts mail coupons and doesn't try to guilt you for using them. Huh, what a concept! I will gladly drive past the one 100 feet from my house just to go here.

Horrible Experience at Subway at Saugus (27637 Bouquet Canyon Rd Saugus, CA 91350) - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Subway. We ordered 10 sandwiches for a party, including 7 vegetarian sandwiches (no meat). Shockingly, they delivered 9 out of 10 sandwiches with beef and salami. Our guests, who follow strict religious practices that prohibit the consumption of beef, were left with nothing to eat.

To make matters worse, when we went back to complain, the manager blamed us and claimed that his employee mistook banana peppers for salami. This level of incompetence and disrespect is unacceptable.

I urge everyone, especially those with dietary restrictions, to avoid this location. The staff and management clearly do not respect their customers' needs or religious practices.

Order a Tuna Sandwhich with tomatoes lettuce and cheese. 3 hours later threw up with tomatoes in it and all over my bed. Don’t eat from this place it’s very trash. I have eaten here multiple times but I think one of them put food poisoning in my food. I ordered through online.

They are really skimping on the meat. 6" Spicy italian only had two thin slices of salami and three of pepperoni. They block your view of the area where they put on the meat and cheese so you can't see what they are doing. Clearly trying to hide something. A quick google search shows it should be 5 slices of each for 6 inch.

I ordered online from Uber Eats and they got my order completely wrong! I even paid extra for avocado and it was not added whatsoever. They consistently get online orders wrong.

Sandwiches made very lightweight and with little care. I felt rushed while ordering and the person wasn't friendly. Told me bluntly "No coupons" when I asked. Won't be back to this location again. It used to be my favorite location several years ago before the ownership changed.
