I ordered spicy Italian. Great customer service by Julian. I would definitely go back.

They are really skimping on the meat. 6" Spicy italian only had two thin slices of salami and three of pepperoni. They block your view of the area where they put on the meat and cheese so you can't see what they are doing. Clearly trying to hide something. A quick google search shows it should be 5 slices of each for 6 inch.

They are not putting on the standard amount of ingredients, they hide the area where they make the sandwiches so you cant see it. They must be desperate to resort to shorting people what they pay for. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

horrible customer service! the guy taking my order was not personable to begin with ! as he was finishing up my sandwich i went to grab a drink and heard him talk about me to his co worker and laugh. so pathetic. the subway i usually go to has a great service . clearly these people know nothing about customer service . i will never return here and i hope this location goes out of business

Would be sooooo nice if they put the sandwiches that are ordered on the app in the pick up area instead of making customers wait i huge lines to ask for the sandwiches hidden behind the counter oh and I ordered them 30 min before pick up

My friend and I went here yesterday, we had tried to get the online deal for the buy one get one foot long but it wouldn't work when checking out. We were just gonna order online anyways to pick up but it was over 30 mins till it would be ready. So we decided just to go in and order. There was a line when we got there and only two workers. We had to wait over 30 mins to get our sandwiches and leave. They had ran out of meatballs so my friend couldn't get what she wanted. When we checked out the one that made our sandwiches told the one checking us out that he forgot to put on a meat so he handed him a sandwich to open and add it into. Later when we went to eat then we realize he had smooshed the meat into my sandwich which was tuna when it should have gone on the other one. It was a mess. Very annoying experience.

My son had a great subway sandwich in Northern California on vacation so we decided to try this Subway out. Strangely it wasn't as good. The ratios were off, the bread wasn't as good which is strange. This subway also has a weird smell inside, customer service was horrible. It was as if I was bothering the guy. Also I repeated multiple times which sauce I wanted and he still almost messed up. So I went to the other subway on Seco, not much better there either. I'm going back to Jersey Mike's where the customer service at at least 3 of their locations is so much friendlier and with it.

I ordered online from Uber Eats and they got my order completely wrong! I even paid extra for avocado and it was not added whatsoever. They consistently get online orders wrong.
