Caucasian heavy set lady with glasses & piercings acted like she couldn’t take my order because she was too busy with online orders. Focus on the customer in front of you . Taking my order would’ve only took 2 minutes, you guys don’t have 2 minutes to spare to take the order of a customer that’s standing right in front you ? Your staff needs retraining. So I took my money to your competitors Jersey Mike’s.

Also had an online ordering mishap and they sent me on a goose chase to another store about 3 miles away because they don’t know what store number they are very frustrating and still no food and credit card billed .

Just adding to the bad reviews already here. Had an online order mishap and it was not handled well at all. Don't use the website to pre-order sandwiches, they will double charge you. Management is bad here.

I hate to make a bad review overall my experience at this subway every time it keeps getting worse, as soon as you come in its only one person doing everything which is the first red flag.Second, the employee got all the orders wrong and $20 dollars for a foot Ling sandwich is outrageous.I spent all my lunch our just trying to order my food

Came in to this location to order my sandwich. When I arrived the employee was making the sandwich of the person in front of me. She took the other persons payment cash Gave change and with the same gloves she made me my sandwich. I will never come to this location again.I paid for my food. And trashed the sandwich attention management this is extremely un sanitary for the food business they need to be retrained it is the rule of thump that if you touch money you need to wash your hands before you touch food this happen today 6/09/23 at 1:47pm
