Just adding to the bad reviews already here. Had an online order mishap and it was not handled well at all. Don't use the website to pre-order sandwiches, they will double charge you. Management is bad here.

Most horrible Subway location. Very rude and impolite employees. They don't try to help customers. I made a online order i have all my order numbers and everything but they still give my order because they're stupid system doesn't show . Please i am trying to tell everyone don't use subway app. Most horrible app. When you order from online they're system randomly sent different locations your order. How i know because it happened to me. Sounds weird but i swear it that is true. Don't shop Subway especially from this location. Try Jersey Mikes they are much much better for everything.

I hate to make a bad review overall my experience at this subway every time it keeps getting worse, as soon as you come in its only one person doing everything which is the first red flag.Second, the employee got all the orders wrong and $20 dollars for a foot Ling sandwich is outrageous.I spent all my lunch our just trying to order my food

What has happened to Subway, that they simply don't care anymore? They don't care about customer service, nor do they care about food. I got a 6" tuna sandwich with only tuna, cheese and cucumbers. I can't even describe what I got. I will let the picture speak for itself. Please, stop being money grabbing a..holes and start caring about your customers!

Came in to this location to order my sandwich. When I arrived the employee was making the sandwich of the person in front of me. She took the other persons payment cash Gave change and with the same gloves she made me my sandwich. I will never come to this location again.I paid for my food. And trashed the sandwich attention management this is extremely un sanitary for the food business they need to be retrained it is the rule of thump that if you touch money you need to wash your hands before you touch food this happen today 6/09/23 at 1:47pm

Waited in line for 10 minutes with only 1 employee. It's nearly 100 degrees in here. I was walking into a health hazard. They need a new manager because the way this place is being managed is horrible.

If I could give zero I would!Today around 1pm I was at this location and the lady making my sandwich was just horrible. She just throws things together and doesn't care. This isn't the first time that she's made my sandwich like this. This is just the start..When I first got there she was making an online order and then went to making my sandwich. Didn't notice if she had changed her gloves the first time. But when she was ringing me up she still had on the same gloves... grabbed change from off the counter, put it in the tip jar and went back to making an online order!!! Not taking the gloves off at all. Yeah no thank you! I'm done with this place and be warned when making an online order.

Horrible service. Only one in store and two employees thought it better to do everything else. When they finally came to help me, they put the wrong meat despite me saying it and correcting them they still went grab the other wrong one. Then they added cheese which they didn't tell me was extra. No wonder why this store is always empty, I normally pick up Hawaiian next store but had a coupon for subway and didn't think it could be that bad. Why do people unskilled workers like them think they deserve such high minimum wages lol...seriously if you own this franchise get more competent customer service help

Food was good and made quickly. Giving 2 stars because they accept coupons but on their own terms. They do not follow the terms and conditions on the bottom. They will not accept coupons on any of the new menu only the old. Good way to nickel and dime customers. If your going in with coupons expect you may not leave with what you want. Store is very small but has a couple outside tables for dining in.

Low mark is for WEBSITE, not the store or food. Couldn't get my online order placed after 4 attempts. Tried different sandwiches, 3 different credit cards (all good) but our order wouldn't go through. Right on the website they advertise BOGO50 with the new series of 12 artisan sandwiches, and that didn't work. Missed our points because we went to the store to order.
