Manager was short handed at this time. Had many call in orders to make and people in line. He concentrated on the job at hand, keeping his cool. Took care of at least 20 orders without anyone getting upset. Manager had it all together. Curtious and efficient.

Went to the store in the Canyon in Plaza at 9:30 in the morning Sunday November 12 the girl was on her phone ignoring me and acting like I was bothering her. Way to go to Subway

The worst store ever, there's a grill book there. She's not nice she makes you feel like I don't wantna eat here. Where is the experience ever? I tell everybody do not come to the Subway.

This is best Subway I've been to. Freshly cut meat and veggies. Perfectly hand-portioned and distributed across my sandwich. Toasted properly. Accommodating, kind employees. One of the busiest locations I've visited and I know why.

I went in today and was greeted by these two young girls that were super nice and friendly. Josephine was so kind and had such an adorable smile. I don’t think I’ve ever received such a kind welcoming smile in a long time! She made my sandwich in a timely manner and it was delicious❤️ definitely coming back and I hope to see her again soon :)

It's today that we went to this horrible worst subway. We are vegetarians so we told the lady to please clean the board she rudely replied to us and then we told her that if you have another slab of pepper jack cheese as there were meat pieces inside she again rudely replied that I have to do this all this for you guys and she told us if you are allergic or you don't eat meat then you should not come here and dont eat outside'.

I tell 6th graders all day to take out their AirPods, I mean, at the very least hide them? I tell them, “you think these disrespectful habits won’t continue into adulthood?”. Come on in to this subway and you might find a real-world example. Not just with AirPods in - but on a phone call while taking my order lol like, be professional for 3 minutes…I was the only customer in there. Abysmal customer service. Good sandwich doeee.

I tried for over an hour to place an order online with no success. I put in 3 different cards, all of which are good, and it wouldn't take any of them. Then it kept giving me an error message in Spanish. I finally gave up and drove to the store where the manager immediately got defensive on me, saying that it wasn't his fault, he doesn't control the website. I said that's fine but I drove all the way down here, can I please have the special online price? He refused. So I left and told him I was giving him a 1 star review, which this is. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Jersey Mike's. I also just found out that the website has not been working for at least a couple of weeks and they knew it, but when I called and asked if my order went through they just said no, they didn't get it. I told them I would try again and they said ok, knowing that it wouldn't work. I guess they really don't want any business. Don't give them any.

Terrible service. This is the third time they’ve gotten our order completely wrong. They don't spread the dressing and condiments out. My daughter and husband didn't eat but a few bites of their sandwiches. It was horrible!! I had a completely dry sandwich and a section where all the mayo was hanging out. It's surely because management doesn't care. H Dias, G Manager responded to my survey with an apology but no resolution. I asked about a refund or remaking our sandwiches and dead silence. Don't visit this location unless you’re expecting a dry hard bread sandwich.
