Usually when I order they are really good about serving the food, but late when online ordering the food it’s like they don’t do service well. I suppose you gotta specify that you want rice and veggies with the order even though it comes with it because I only got what I added in, addition to the plate. This is not $20 worth… Food is still good though and they are always kind there.

This place is under new ownership, and has completely nose dived in quantity and quality. The new ownership hand counts the pieces of chow mein they serve your plate. The plates more like a snack, not a meal. Absolutely a rip off when it comes to price and portion.

Good food, but please use less oil. The meat, rice, and vegetables are covered in oil.
This place usually is really tasty for the price point. We've eaten here multiple times before and the food was delicious. On May 2nd we came one Friday for dinner and they assigned the cashier girl to cook the shrimp and noodles. She did a horrible job because she undercooked the noodles which tasted dried, clumped and disgusting and she overcooked the shrimp which tasted rubbery. They served the sauteed vegetables raw. Perhaps cooking requires someone who knows how to properly handle food. We should have been refunded, but we only discovered the food was inedible when we brought the food home. This was a disappointment.

Walked into the mall wanting to eat. Suki Hana caught my eye and I was helped by an employee named Shantell. She gave me recommendations on what to get and was absolutely helpful. The food was great, and their work area was clean. Shantell helped me out a lot and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the great service & food!
