The older lady will give away your table without a second thought to people she knows right in your face, regardless of how long you have waited. We were regulars until she did us dirty for a third time. I will not go back, there are plenty of other choices.

Very poor service !!!!! Two days in a row!!!First day figured it was normal because valentine’s day. Came with an 8 mo old and 3 year old ( my husband worked) Took over an hour to seat us. Next day came back for friend bday. Took over an hour to seat us being first in waiting list. When we first walked in a large family said we can have the table. Thought would be quick because they were ready for bill. That family sat there for over 40 min!!!! Let me tell you when you have toddlers and a baby your time is minimal before next feeding or nap. When you come with your kids fed and napped hopefully you can enjoy a meal in peace think wrong. you will sit there waiting for table for two hours by the time your kids done running laps outside. And the waiter knew minimal english. took multiple times to ask for a fork. A toddler cannot use chopsticks. asked for fork and knife and spoons. Takes like 30 min to get their attention to get utensils. Not totally blaming on language barrier. more on inattentiveness to service. Sorry not trying to be Karen but this place was beyond ridiculous and poor in service. If you are owners reading this don’t blame your cooks. food was on time. It’s the servers and hostesses. POOR SERVICE. And lazyAlso asked them to acknowledge bday and asked if they could sing and bring dessert (!would of paid extra…… nothing. at that point of being there over two hours ready to leave. You need to hire better help. your business is suffering from your low staffing or lazy staff

We were regulars. Not ever going back. First, they tell us it would be a 30 min wait. We ended up waiting for an hour while being told by the lady at the front that a table was soon going to be available. A group of 3 shows up, and the lady quickly seats them, giving them the table she had promised us. When I questioned her, she asked me what my name was and that my name had been crossed out and told me I could wait for another table. No way we were going to wait longer, we left, went to O Sushi, and got seated right away.

Love the sushi here because the portions are good and so are the prices! Always a good visit here. We usually get the traditional items like salmon, tuna and sashimi but they can make you whatever you want.
My favorite Sushi bar in the SCV for food, service and atmosphere. Worth the wait to get in.

The food presentation was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive. The cooked rolls were good!I would not have the raw sea food here though. The raw sea food tasted funny and the rice was a little tough like it had been sitting for a while. It made me question how fresh the fish was.

Great time and food (drove from Culver City to try them out and did not disappoint I'd drive back to eat there even tho we are drowning in sushi spots in our area) friendly counter service and sat next to a regular restaurant costumer we we're talking to that made it more enjoyable.
Love their popcorn roll with spicy tuna.
