Compared to other Whole Foods markets I've been to in L.A. and Pasadena, the sushi offered at this store is overpriced and badly prepared. Just now I had a shrimp California roll, and the avocado is hard. The rolls are falling apart, also, because they are so lightly wrapped. A couple of days ago, I had a California roll with real crab, and the crab was dry and tasteless. This is nothing new. I really wish this store would change its sushi vendor. This is the last time I'm buying there -- I'll go to Sprouts across the street.

These issues are ongoing. We don't have too many choices in this Valley, so about once every few months we went here for a meal( well cooked) between errands, thinking that we'll give them another chance. They do not have the salad counter and sandwich/pizza counter staffed, it is usually one or the other. So people who are standing in line at one will not get anything until all of the people in line at the other counter are taken care of. They keep running out of items ( 2-5 containers at any one time are empty) The one time I got coffee, it had obviously been sitting for a long while, it was bitter with grounds in it. The place is not that clean either. ( Some of the aprons were grey and greasy looking) The bathrooms are disgusting, this is an indicator of their sanitation practices. Maybe that is why the other reviewers got sick. Perhaps they are running an experiment to see if Valencia residents build extra immunity by being exposed to this filth spot. We changed our minds and walked out for the sake of our health. This was the last time we will come here. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

I have bought farm raised packaged salmon, and ground turkey meat,. They both upset my stomach. Cooked salmon the following day and it upset my sons stomach too. I’ve returned turkey and gr. Turkey meat for refund on many occasions. I brought from Whole Foods because I thought their foods were fresher. Not so. Why? Please respond. Review is not for the restaurant.

Traveling north on I-5, and wanting some quality food, we took a one-mile side trip to have an informal lunch at Whole Foods. Their salad bar had excellent and tasty choices, and we dined on an outdoor table near the entrance.

This store is great! The shop has very organized setup and it is easy to get what I need. All the offerings are of high quality and very reasonably priced.

A pricy store where one can find different items, some very nice meats and vegetables. Clean. Food service area is always full of surprises. We like it for an alternative to the norm.

If you want to have several healthy options of something, you come here. The produce is fresh, healthy and they have great food. You can get a lovely fresh make-it-yourself salad, fruit salad, hot or cold food to go, as well as order a hot drink. The staff are friendly, always available and willing to help.

Very disappointing that they sell “farm raised” Atlantic salmon. Clearly one of the worst fish to eat. The fish are raised in pens and given CORN & other vegetables and fed color pellets to give the meat a pink color. These fish are on every DO NOT EAT LIST as they contain chemicals that are known to cause health issues. Look it up to confirm. Whole Foods offers a great selection of organic products yet sell these fish?!

I have been daily shopping this establishment since they opened the doors. I shop there because i want real organic groceries. Since Amazon has assumed the lead role, the shelves are bare, not stocked, and they have eliminated a lot of items. They do not back stock any more, I am told they do not order until the item runs out. Produce is dying, they had a display that stated, Home grown California Peaches, I know I live in California, but in January. So I looked at the labels on the peaches "product of Chile". So much for tracking our produce. I brought it to the attention of the lady working produce, "it happens"? So many items have left the shelves to never return. Prime example is Ground Cumin, they haven't had it in stock for almost a year now, yet the sell the tiny one, for 3 times the price. The only good thing to say about whole foods is they do remember you and because I shop daily that is a nice feeling, that your recognized, when they see, you.
