I have bought farm raised packaged salmon, and ground turkey meat,. They both upset my stomach. Cooked salmon the following day and it upset my sons stomach too. I’ve returned turkey and gr. Turkey meat for refund on many occasions. I brought from Whole Foods because I thought their foods were fresher. Not so. Why? Please respond. Review is not for the restaurant.

Traveling north on I-5, and wanting some quality food, we took a one-mile side trip to have an informal lunch at Whole Foods. Their salad bar had excellent and tasty choices, and we dined on an outdoor table near the entrance.

Not only the undisputed worst Whole Foods in LA county but perhaps the most depressing grocery store in America. The food bar is too sad to bother photographing. The only hot meat was turkey but all that's left were a few dry bones that looked as if they were picked clean by unhappy vultures. I haven't felt so discouraged since I broke down in New Mexico and had to coast into an Indian reservation in the grips of an ongoing suicide epidemic.

I recently just had the worst experience ever in Whole Foods! I understand that it's a holiday and it's going to be busy but if you work there and know that, wouldn't you think not to sit around and chat with your fellow coworkers and actually work when the line was literally wrapped around? I ordered food for Thanksgiving and I waited an hour and a half to get my food. There had been more of an efficient way to get the food out to the people. It's completely unacceptable to wait an hour and a half for food you ordered weeks in advance. Out of everybody there only one person was actually nice and extremely helpful. I will never order from Whole Foods when it's a holiday ever again.

I've shopped at various Whole Foods across multiple states and while this one is decent, there's a general sense of things not being in tip top shape, and I've identified it as having to do with their produce section. Things are often out of stock or not put out, price labels are missing, inventory is often low, etc. Their floral section (which I put within Produce) is sparse and filled with unattractive arrangements. Other Wholes Foods I've been to had truly beautiful and wonderful flowers and plants. Also, there's a willow tree near the parking exit that needs trimming as it scraps the top of my car. They also need a couple more cart returns in the middle of the lot. People are too lazy to walk the carts all the way to the front so they leave it strewn in between cars, making for scratches. These are little things that I would think a good operational manager would notice. On the upside, their food court, deli and bakery are friendly and fabulous, as are the beauty and nutrition departments. But it would be so nice have a roomier and remodeled place for tables like I've seen at other WFs. All in all good, but lots of room for improvement.

I shop at Whole Foods for specialty items I can not find in normal supermarkets. The personnel at Whole Foods are always helpful and courteous. In reading some of the listed reviews complaining about not having enough choices at the hot lunch counter, I would like to advise those writing these reviews that Whole Foods is not a restaurant. They can not cater to everyone, nor can they afford to carry special items on the hot counter for a very few customers and then throwing it out at the end of the day. If you want special fish or non meat meals, you need to go to a restaurant that specializes in vegetarian dishes. I sure you will pay a great deal more, but you will be happy and will stop bashing a supermarket that only offers hot dishes for the convivence of their customers. Hot food for customers is not their core business. Keep up the good work Whole Foods.

I normally come here just to buy cheese and macaroons with my boyfriend when we need a fix of some delicious Brie. They have an amazing cheese selection and there aren't a lot of places in Santa Clarita to get macaroons. The service is always friendly, as the general atmosphere. They always have a selection of flavors and new things for us to try so we always find what we're looking for. However the reason for the 3 stars is because in the past, we choose salami to pair with our cheese, unsliced packaged and whole, and normally we don't have an issue with an employee working that area slicing the salami. However the last time we went the girl working that section of the store refused to slice our salami for us. It was infuriating because many other employees have done it for us in the past, so why refuse us now? Refuse us to begin with if that's case and or policy. To top it off she didn't apologize or anything. She just looked at us like we were crazy and said she couldn't do it.

The pizzas are decent here so we ordered 2 with chicken cuz our kids like chicken, but the chicken tasted days old . Like so bad that we had leftovers and we never have leftovers. Disappointed that they don't use fresh ingredients. :/

Decent employees I suppose. Basically if you don't look like you have money to these people or you aren't 40+ don't shop here. Trader Joe's is much better and happier atmosphere. Decent selection and you do get sales if you have a amazon prime but then again the cashier never even told me that. LOL

Whole Foods is always in my shopping list. We buy fruits and veggies also some meet produce. The service is second to none; if we need to find something an employee would take us to the right spot and point right on to the shelf. Other supermarkets just tell you the aisle # and that its. Sometimes we end up paying a little more as we miss a sign of Prime Member which is 30% off, since we are not. But its OK, we are thinking to get the membership sooner or later. I could write a few more positive things but the word "Thanks" would tell the whole story.

The location is good, right across the street of the mall. The plaza is big enough so the parking is not hard at all. The store is very nice clean and organized. I feel there are more people to visit after Amazon own the Whole Foods market. Most everything here are organic. Lose one start due to some of the employees are not friendly as Trader Joe's. Maybe they need more training on provide consistence better customer support. Personally, I like Trader Joe's in the town better than the Whole Foods market. But here is still a good place to shop quality stuffs.

Love this grocery store. Top notch products, knowledgeable staff and always plenty of cashiers to expedite your stay. Superior produce, game and seafood. Their wine, beer and cheese selection is the best in the city. Plus, they have McConnels ice cream by the scoop! What's not to love

Brought some flowers. Took forever for the guy to come out to help me. Then the flower isn't even that great. And to top it off he didn't even wrap the flowers right and ended up unfolding before I even made it home

This comment is for Jeff at the sandwich counter. That man is a sandwich artist!!! Really takes his time and is always friendly. Some of the other counter workers there just seem like they really want to go home. Please give Jeff a raise he goes above and beyond. My boyfriend and I eat lunch here everyday because of him, if he's not working we go someplace else lol Also the Demo man for Seven Teas is amazing and I'm hooked on those teas, bought a case of each.
