This place has good ambience, friendly staff.

I ordered lychee and mango pineapple smoothie with boba, and honestly it had neither of the taste. Bland, too much icy, lacked sweetness. May be this place is only for teas and not for smoothies.

I ordered large, which is enough for 2-3. Quantity wise worth of money but flavor wise naaaaaa and disappointing.

It's a clean modern place. It's not a traditional boba place. Very white.

My matcha milk tea was watered down. Had no flavor ! The regular size is 24oz they must not use enough matcha powder 😩 dissapointed.

This place is delicious!! I go every Tuesday when we get a large for the price of a regular! It has a variety of flavors beautiful architecture. Would recommend!!

My wife wanted to stop by here to get her Jasmin Milk Tea and get her mom a drink too. She would always come here after getting out of College of the Canyons so since we were in the area, she wanted to stop by. She got me the green apple slush here before and it tasted so water down so I never order it from here again. When we came today, they were not busy at all so we were able to put in my wife order right away. For the bathroom here you'll need a key that you get from the worker. The drink came out quick and my wife along with her mom loved their drinks. I looked at their menu to see if they had any snacks or food but they didn't have much.

If you like boba and you are around the area this is definitely a good place, prices are really affordable, the boba is yummy and the drinks are not that sweet, the staff is also friendly ! I work around the are so every time I can run there I’ll take a drink

My favorite boba place! All the workers there are likely high school students at their first job so don’t be mean to them!!! Remember how you were at that age and give people some grace for god sake. Saw some people complaining about the silliest things. This place is amazing, locally owned, and SUPER CHEAP compared to most boba shops. The other option is Boba time which you can find anywhere.
