I was reading the reviews for this Coffee Bean and saw a not so nice review about this place from a guy named Don about the staff so decided to write about my continuous experienceences. First when you come in you are greeted by the staff. Next I was a bit confused on what to order and Sammie suggested I order a White Chocolate Ice latte. She was supper sweet and very patient with all my questions. After she rung me up Sammie made my drink and it was amazing!!! Overall the customer service was excellent and the coffee was so smooth. Sammie is one of my favorite Baristas! I am not sure what Don was doing but this place and staff are amazing and you won't be disappointed!!

Won't be returning after yesterday. I started coming this past week because I was enjoying the vanilla lattes but I usually go to Peet's. It was my birthday yesterday and the app said I would receive a free drink reward. I was told that I needed to purchase something before it showed up.. that's a little odd. While I was waiting for my drink, I had asked for water and told to stay back in the designated distanced area. OKAY- that felt like a bit of an uptight thing to say as you're handing someone water.. I'll go somewhere else, thanks!

It is a great example of a coffee shop! The place was clean, not crowded, and comfortable to chill and relaxed. I want to visit this shop from time to time, for it was all worth it. Great service!

The company buys nice coffee beans. Pitty they don’t take as much time to choose nice staff.
Worse service ever!!! Barista Sammie should not be working with the public. Slow rude and unprofessional are bad combinations when running a business. Next time I'll be sure to get my coffee from Starbucks across the street. At least they provide service with a smile. This place is so rude and racist it should be called Trump Bean!!!!
