The Ensaymada Project

OMG, these Ensaymada’s are delish! I’ve tasted many ensaymada’s from Goldilocks, Red Ribbon, Valerio’s bakery, etc., but Ensaymada Project is far superior. The bread base is just so moist & fluffy & the toppings are not only delicious, but is perfectly balanced. Some places make them so sweet that it puts you in a diabetic coma LOL. I love that she has many flavors to explore & not just the basic classic flavor. I totally recommend this place.

I enjoyed going to The Ensaymada Project. I viewed this bakery from a post on Google Maps. The owners are local residents of Santa Clarita. I like to support local owned businesses. I found the bakery to be well stocked. They had many Ensaymada to choose from, which was nicely displayed. I purchased 6. I was surprised that they were fluffy and light and delicious. Not very sweet. I highly recommend you visit this great philippino bakery, and you won't be disappointed

Very cute store with yummy display. First time and the customer service was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. No place to sit bc it is small :) would go back again. I got the Oreo and my parents got the cinnamon & cookie crumble, they liked it too!

I had these for the first time at the Foodieland event here in Phoenix. We were greeted and met with kindness throughout. The ube is my favorite! We got a dozen and the box was wrapped beautifully. Soft ensaymadas and not too sweet, just right. Can’t wait to order again ?

Delicious. We had these delivered from CA to MN and they were still delicious. We microwaved them for 12 seconds and they were so fluffy and melts in your mouth. We really enjoyed the Ube, Cinnamon and the cookies and cream. Highly highly recommend!!!

We have been so blessed to taste Chari’s ensaymada since we moved to SoCal 2010. Chari’s ensaymada brings back Filipino family traditions[falling in line at 4am to pick up ensaymada in Binondo for Noche Buena - Xmas & NY]. Unang kagat namin mag-asawa, napaluha kami. We felt our grandparents and great grandparents looking at us from the heavens reliving Pinoy Christmas traditions. Mabuhay ka Chari. Nakuha mo talaga ang panlasang Pilipino. Mismo 😋

The best ensaymada ever!

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely Ensaymada Project in Santa Clarita! They have the best ensaymada! It's so cheesy and moist! It is better than ensaymada I have ever tasted! And the best part is that the owner is so friendly and nice!I highly recommend this place! Come check this out!

Absolutely amazing Ensaymada’s! The bread is light and fluffy, it melts in your mouth. We tried 8 flavors and were extremely satisfied with each one. The chef was so kind to warm up one for us to eat there and it was excellent! Salamat for making amazing pastries

We visited them at the 805 Night market in thousand oaks. They're amazingly delicious and perfectly priced!! Definitely try them warmed!!
