I had these for the first time at the Foodieland event here in Phoenix. We were greeted and met with kindness throughout. The ube is my favorite! We got a dozen and the box was wrapped beautifully. Soft ensaymadas and not too sweet, just right. Can’t wait to order again ?

Delicious. We had these delivered from CA to MN and they were still delicious. We microwaved them for 12 seconds and they were so fluffy and melts in your mouth. We really enjoyed the Ube, Cinnamon and the cookies and cream. Highly highly recommend!!!

This place is a hidden gem. I was craving a treat and this popped up on yelp and let me tell you it don't disappoint. My wife and I split 2 and can't wait to have some more tomorrow. Love it.

I came across Ensaymada Project when a friend posted about them on IG. The various flavors intrigued me so I put in an order to be delivered to a friend for the holidays. Their online ordering site was easy to navigate and shipping was reasonable. When my friend received the dozen I sent her she couldn't stop raving about how good it was, which made me put in a order for a dozen ensymadas for my family. My order was delivered priority mail and was well packaged. The ensaymadas (which are soft slightly sweet brioche bread with flavored buttercream on top) are so good. Love all the flavors they offer and how the buttercream isn't too sweet. I will have to visit their storefront when I am visiting Southern California. Yum!

We've had Ensaymada project long before they had an actual store. We love all the different flavors!! Heat one up real quick and omg it's so delicious. Everyone that works at the store is always so welcoming. Awesome customer service. The store is cute and you see where they make all of the Ensaymada. Plenty of parking in front of the store.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely Ensaymada Project in Santa Clarita! They have the best ensaymada! It's so cheesy and moist! It is better than ensaymada I have ever tasted! And the best part is that the owner is so friendly and nice!I highly recommend this place! Come check this out!

My cousin from California said he had a surprise for me, & I had no idea what it was.Then I checked my mailbox and got an awesome box, opened it up and in its Fall Sparkly Ribbon found 12 ensaymadas from Ensaymada Project. This came coast to coast from California to Florida. Oh I was so excited. I didn't even want to unwrap the ribbon and open the box though. It was so pretty.I warmed up two in the microwave for about 10 seconds - original classic cheese and queso de bola. I shared half each with my hubby. I'm so nice sometimesThere were seriously so good. I can see why they were my cousin's fave, & he didn't resist sending it to me for my birthday. What a great surprise. They packed them well and there are 12 to savor. They are fine to be put in the freezer and warmed up when ready to eat. I'll have to hide these in the freezer so I have them for a while. I won't be able to find anything like it so good in Tampa, FL. Thanks to my cousin and Ensaymada Project!

Absolutely amazing Ensaymada’s! The bread is light and fluffy, it melts in your mouth. We tried 8 flavors and were extremely satisfied with each one. The chef was so kind to warm up one for us to eat there and it was excellent! Salamat for making amazing pastries
