Staff cooking spends entire time insulting people in Spanish… it’s awful.

Very disappointed with tonight’s visit. Service was not great, the female manager working was very rude when I tried to explain how my salad was not fresh and how it didn’t have any dressing. I was given a lot of attitude and was given a side dressing to toss it myself. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location!

Ordered Santa Fe char burger and charburger with cheese plus fries. The Santa Fe burger was so greasy could not eat it. The fries were dry and too cooked. $30 just went down the drain. This restaurant has gone down hill. The staff is not paying attention because all they do is talk behind the counter. Seriously bad.

Strongly recommend this location.
Not only the Habit is, in my opinion, the best fast food restaurant in California. But the customer service and quality of food is way above every other fast food restaurant a have been too.

Didn’t pick up my food before it got cold so they offered to remake it. Maybe that’s normal and I just haven’t had it happen but it was nice either way!
