I come here often, almost weekly, to satisfy my Falafel craving. The food and service has always been impeccable, definitely worth the 25 minute drive. But today was a total flop. I placed my order online around 12:45 and arrived at the store, received an email that my order was ready, went inside for pickup, they hadn't even started my order yet. No big deal. Waited about 5-10 minutes, then was handed the saddest wrap that was thrown together, with no attention to any requests...
By my mistake, I ordered food to the wrong location online, for pickup. Juan, the manager in Santa Clarita, was so kind to prepare my food anyways!

I always love coming in here. The vibes and the staff are really nice. The food is delicious. The pricing can get a little high but they compensate for the excellent portion sizes! Hummus is literally solid ??
