This place is such a great concept and we’re so lucky to have it in the SCV! From AMAZING Indian food to Tacos, to desserts (Including toffee!), you can’t go wrong! It’s a nice place to just sit and wait for your food too and the staff are so kind and accommodating. Stick around and you might just meet one of the chefs and get free samples! ??

Parking: There are parking spaces right up front for pickup which is awesome.

Food is great, love the variety, staff was accommodating, took longer than expected and didn’t get a time estimate. Be prepared to potentially wait - the fact you’ve got multiple
different restaurants means there can be a wide variety in time for preparation. We ordered online and I assumed it would take 15-30 minutes for all of the food, but the order didn’t give any estimate. It took 45 minutes which usually would be fine, but being in a rush, it would’ve been nice to have known that when ordering. I definitely would get it again, but wouldn’t if I was in a time crunch or not in the area.

But the food was so good - loved the soup dumplings and the falafel/hummus. My friends loved the coffee drinks.

Absolutely amazing experience. The food was beyond good. It was fresh and full of flavor and authentic. The owner came out and went out of his way to make sure our experience was good. I can’t say enough good. Go and try this place!!!

This place is legitimately living in the future! We're in 2024, I PROMISE YOU... the SCV Virtual Food Hall is feeding people in 2124 ?. It's like... 9 different restaurants in one place! LITERALLY! They have Pizza, Soul food, Asian food, Indian food, Desserts... and more! All from several different independent restaurants in one place that all offer something different & delectable!

Order online or just come through and make your order on one of the giant screens! My favorite part is that you can order from several different places and they all come out on the same order! Great for families with kids who might want chicken fingers from the soul food spot, but the parents want Indian food! Love it! Mixing and matching is a BREEZE because there's a yummy option for EVERYONE! YAAAAAY! The owner & staff are SUPER nice & THE FOOD FROM EACH PLACE IS????
Come through and live in the food future with meeeeeee! ?

A new and amazing experience. An amazing concept where we were able to order food from 4 different restaurants and it was given to us on our table. The food was excellent and delicious. We are a Family of 4 and all of us got what we wanted. We will definately be back again.

Sampled the brownie and granola at the Burbank art show. Both were amazing. New dedicated customer. It's so good that it's hard to believe it's healthy.

I've been twice. The first time was about 20 minutes before they closed-most of the restaurants were already shut down for the day, but we got the added benefit of having personal assistance from the two girls working at the front counter. By assistance, I mean they took my order, and pretty much held my hand through the whole process...I thought they would be able to do the same on my next visit-turns out I was wrong. I guess during regular, every-day operations, (even new!?) customers are supposed to browse 15+ menus of all varieties of food and pay for their order while standing at a giant iPad. It would be better if the menus were in large print all over the walls of the lobby, so customers could get an idea of what they want before walking up to aimlessly browse. It is intimidating to feel so unprepared walking up to the screen. The taco place was very good, which is why I returned, because even though I was uncomfortable on the first occasion, I thought it would go more smoothly because I was now "familiar" with the process.

Nope. The food (tacos again) deserves 4 stars. I gave 2 stars for service because the people that work there have been really nice. (But there really is NO service, and the business i is built on the premise that customers either have previously read through 15 menus at home and placed pickup orders on their phone (who has time for that, though!?) or that they are going to stand in front of the ordering tablet for an hour while they select a meal.

The are a few cafeteria style tables inside, but the acoustics are awful. The outdoor seating is much nicer, there, but the employee told me most customers just take their food to-go. The full menus for every restaurant ARE available on their website.

When I find some free time and don't feel like binge-watching Netflix, I might study the menus at home, order from my phone-ahead of time, and pick up my food instead of eating there. Maybe it's just me, but even as the world advances, I hope to be able to ask a waiter or waitress about their recommendations, instead of clicking on a screen and specifying that I need utensils or making sure that I checked the box for "no onions". It shouldn't feel like work unless they are paying for my meal.

Visited from out of state. Originally looking for Gemello's Italian from Google Maps, which brought us to the location of another establishment. We gave up (figured Gemello's went out of business) and decided to look around the plaza for other options, ended up walking to the SCV Hub, where we saw a display with various restaurants - including Gemello's.Once we got past the difference of a virtual location (no individual restaurant storefront, no interaction with restaurant employees or patrons) and decided to take a leap of faith and order from a screen, we were not disappointed with the result. Both the Indian and Italian entrees we ordered were excellent quality, albeit a bit expensive (but everything in California seems expensive). We ate dinner inside; there's not much of an eating area/seating, and there was a modest volume of people picking up orders.I think if they can increase the volume of orders (this is the kind of setup that should scale really well), they will have a home run as this is a great concept.
