Thank you for your response. We ordered our pizza online. If it is within your control, being able to modify the estimated 'ready for pickup' time in real time might set expectations more in line with the reality of how busy you are in real time.

Service sucks. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 551pm, it's now 656 pm and still no pizza. Waiting at Valencia location and still can get no one to help at the counter. No stars

Amazing pizza. garlic chicken on thin crust. Seriously best tasting pizza I've had in a very long time. Quick and super friendly service, pizza came out quick and was hot. I will be back for sure.

Love Tomatoe Joe's Pizza because they have lots of vegan options. And recently I called in to order and I kept changing my mine on deciding and Blake has so much patience with me. Thanks for the great customer service.

Last night we ordered a regular BBQ Chicken Pizza on the beer battered crust (since she doesn't like all the extra's), and we got the Smokey Sweet BBQ Pizza on the beer battered crust for me and my boys. Both pizzas came out absolutely delicious! They were cooked perfectly, and each pizza had the right amount of sauce and toppings. I like to order a side of the Danish Blue Cheese to dip my pizza in, it gives it extra flavor. The staff at Tomato Joe's are always super friendly and helpful. They are quick to greet you when you walk in and are good at communicating if your order isn't quite ready yet. The lobby is just the right size, and has seating in case you have to wait for your order.

I'm just not a fan of the pizza. It leaves a weird feeling on my teeth. I know a lot of people do like it it's just not for me.

I ventured in to Tomato joes yesterday after my Pilates class right next door. I've had their normal Pizza crust before and it was amazing, pillowy light and delicious. However being that I'm on a restricted diet I ordered the gluten free crust, it was like a crispy cracker, very thin, thinner than a flatbread. I also added dairy free mozzarella, which I have never had before. I won't be ordering dairy free again, big disappointment, I'm not vegan and I have to say if I was I'd cry. The cheese was just a horrible texture- not this establishments fault, at least they have the option for others, even vegan meat. The workers were very sweet and helpful with the menu, I had the gluten free crust, dairy free mozzarella cheese, red tomato marinara sauce, and added pineapple, pepperoni and grape tomatoes. The topping were delicious. I enjoyed the ranch, I wasn't a huge fan of the chipotle pesto- I'd skip that next time. Normally I love chipotle everything but this just had a smoky flavor and not the zesty kick I would have wanted. Would definitely come back and order a salad, or a normal pizza when and if I can again! Happy to support restaurants that accommodate gluten and dairy free! If you're looking for a great base though, their pizza dough to go is fantastic for pizza parties! This isn't a sit down location unless you sit outside!

Their pizzas are so good! They have so many different options including gluten free and vegan. I'll usually order online and then pickup. My order is always ready by the time I get there.

Order a pizza online, they’ll tell you 20 minutes approximately. Expect to wait more than an hour. Not close to being worth the price or wasted time.
We’re at 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery. Let’s see how much longer they can go! What a joke ?

Great place to get a customized pizza. I've especially enjoyed my experience with this location. Every time come to order my pizza an employee that goes by the name, 'ViVi' always provides the best customer service even down to remembering my order. I would recommend this pizza place to anyone

It saddens me to write this review. This place used to be our go-to for quick and delicious pizza and salads but after my most recent visit, I won't be returning. I ordered online and showed up about ten minutes after my pickup time, because I know their online estimator has never really been accurate. I gave them the phone number associated with the order and they looked at the waiting/finished pizza boxes and told me the order wasn't ready but that it would be soon. Long story short, an hour later they realized my order had been one of the boxes they scanned when I arrived, but for some reason didn't think it was mine. So I got to take home cold pizza and lost an hour of my time...without so much an acknowledgment of either.

Got here at 9:40PM and their door was already locked when their closing time is at 10PM. Really?! Bad service.

I wanted to try tomato Joe's Pizza after hearing good reviews. I went in about 8 o'clock in the evening and ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza large they asked me how I wanted my tomatoes I said cherry. They told me to be ready in about 15. About 30 minutes later I was handed my pizza but without mushrooms. I sent it back and they added mushrooms and five minutes later I had a pizza again pizza looked fine at first glance and I went home. Five minutes later I sit down, eat the pizza and find out that the pizza is not fully cooked and that everything is falling off the pizza and the cheese hasn't fully melted underneath the top layer I called to complain, and they said there must be something wrong with their ovens and offered me a credit. In all honesty after having to microwave my own pizza, I just bought, this pizza taste just like microwave pizza.
