I I think Kevin is his name but he is awesome. Any place that will help a person with mental disabilities is a plus in my book. A homeless woman came in while I was there and she got a tiny little cup for free and then I gave her $5 and she came back in and ended up getting an actual small cup and filled it to the rim with a few strawberries on top which was definitely over $5 and he still gave it to her for $5 and I think that is amazing. Also they have graham cracker for the yogurt which I feel most places don't have it but is definitely needed with my yogurt.

Does not offer non dairy options and when I asked the front , the worker did not seem to understand what non dairy options means. I went to read options and only one that seemed to possibly be no dairy was Pineapple but was out of service.

I've been coming here with my family for years. The owner has an obsessive-compulsive type of behavior and will begin organizing in the midst of customers adding toppings. She can be quite rude and does not mind being intrusive to children serving themselves. Usually, the other employees are friendly and more welcoming. The flavors are great with many to choose from and there is also a good variety of toppings. Fruits can be a little soggy at times but when they're fresh they are yummy. The owner was horribly extreme with COVID regulations during that weird time and wanted me and my children, whom were all under 12 years old at the time, to show vaccination cards in order to dine in, so it took us a while to return. Needless to say, she has not changed much and is definitely someone you have to adapt to if you take a liking to the froyo itself. I personally think the flavors and toppings are better than the surrounding froyo places in town. Pineapple Dole whip is the best!

Place was clean and the food was fine, but the employee gave me major anxiety because she was on top of the kids and I, literally fixing everything before we even finished scooping it into our bowls. Asking us to move our bowls so the can clean the tiny drop under them before we even moved. She didn’t let the kids scoop their own stuff, and tried to tell them how much they could get.Maybe fine for adults to go here, but don’t go here with kids. I like going out to get treats with the kids to be a happy experience and this time I left more anxious and worked up than I did walking in.Not cool.

Mid froyo spot with limited choices and $0.71/ounce from a few days ago.

Customer service was excellent and the frozen yogurt flavors were some of the best I've had! The prices were very reasonable as well. My girlfriend and I went here 5/7/23 at around 830pm and the gentleman working this evening was great. My girlfriend and I sampled all the flavours and she went with the Dole Tart Pineapple froyo (which was reeeeally good!!!) while I went with a 2/3rds lower base of their salted caramel pretzel froyo and 1/3 top layer of their Death by Chocolate froyo and it was the best combo I've ever created. It was like a chocolate covered pretzel. Really the only downside is that we are just visiting this area so I won't be able to get it again next week. Man I wish they had one of these near us because it is waaaaay better than the froyo place near where we live. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for a sweet treat finish to the night or a delicious cool treat on a hot day as they have a great selection of rich and decadent flavors and refreshing fruit flavors at low prices with great service!

Good frozen yogurt but many times it has non-working machines. Also, need to better monitor freshness of the berries. Other than that, a fun place to meet for a treat

To start off, we called them to make sure they would be open until 9:30 which they said yes they would be. we got there and shortly were met with horrible customer service after many incidents. we stayed and were enjoying our yogurt. when they rudely came and told us at 9:15 that we had to leave because they were going to close the store early. as we were leaving, an asian woman nearly ran to the door to close it right behind us at 9:17, nearly living up to the saying don't let the door hit you on the way out. I couldn't even finish my yogurt because of how upset my friend and I were due to the horrible experience. not once did they try to apologize for making us leave early.don't recommend going to this location towards the night time if you don't wanna be kicked out, rudely and early.
