Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

This place got 4.4 stars for what reason? Yogurt is not good and this place is dirty. I said the cashier girl “this place is dirty. why don’t you guys clean?” And she said “sorry”. That’s not the shop is dirty itself but the containers they put stuff into and the serving spoons were. This place just killed my appetite.

Do not go here with your family and kid its not a family friendly place !!! i drove all the way from encino to have yogurt at this place with my family on 08/25/24 at 6 pm. Do not waste your time going here, the girl on the evening shift is horrible! staff rude, the place dirty! bathroom disgusting ! the tgirl was on her phone and talkin g on teh phone with her friends before having to catch her attention to pay. my nephew was crawling and the floor was black and dirty by the time we left. The kids were being kids and the staff member yelled at us parents and said ummm hello can you get your kids! my neice began to cry and it ruined our time and we left. so if you have kids avoid this place at all cost!!

I love it! It’s always clean, not crowded and there are board games to play while appreciating our yogurt.

Kid-friendliness: Kids can ask for their board games. My son loves to play connect 4 there

Their thai iced tea tastes just plain awful, and when I took it back they lied about refunding me the ridiculous $9 for it....unacceptable.

Walked in and only had about 5 flavors, most of the yogurt bays were closed. Turned around and left.

Pretty much self-serve employees only cash you out. Plenty of options and good quality.

My kids LOVE this place. However, I am having a hard time bringing all three of my kids, when they don't allow you to use the restroom. I am a paying customer and when my 4 year old HAS to go to the bathroom, it is hard to tell them to hold it for 15-20 minutes until we get home is hard to do. They just don't understand. Otherwise, the froyo is delicious and the toppings are amazing.

Literally like a slush, all flavors. No solidity to yogurt at all. We walked out after asking if they could adjust machines to a soft serve vs slush. We were told this is the best it gets. Really? Never had this experience coming here before. I guess that’s “new ownership” sign on the window.

I mean it's your basic fro yo place. Good flavors. I like the watermelon, pomegranate, mango, taro and other cool flavors. And also they have the usuals.
