Unfortunately this place and the friendly owner Norman is gone. Overnight ! No reason given by the market.

Positioned in a fantastic position inside a unique market in a plaza full of Tesla Superchargers, chances are, you're a Tesla owner needing some charge before you tackle the Grapevine while traveling north. Given the winter storm that shut down I-5 for several hours, I needed to take a bathroom break inside the Valley Marketplace and finally decided to try their food. I got the Cornish hen kabob and the Beef kabob (beef koobideh kabob). Given that this is market food, I was ready to be lenient. However, I will say while it wasn't perfect, the things that tasted good were phenomenally good. The beef koobideh was definitely a lot drier than the ones I've had in Westwood aka Tehrangeles due to the enormous population of Persians in the area. Fortunately, the Cornish hen was much different as it was absolutely amazing. The spice was perfectly salty and tangy, the portion generous, the onions well grilled and tomato nicely blistered. You also get quite a bit of rice in the box too. The lady that helped me as she saw me looking around confused where to pay was so nice and gave me a pita and a small cup of hummus. It was such a warm gesture during a cold, rainy day. Going with the Cornish hen is one of the best things that happened to me on this trip and I highly encourage that if you're in the area, grab some of the kabobs here, especially if it's one of the non-koobideh items.

Food tasted ok but they're very unhelpful. I asked for a pick up order with 2 meals, hummus and tahziki. She told me I could get the hummus and tahziki myself and wouldn't include them in my order. I wanted to pay once and just pick up. There are better places in scv

Dolma could use a little more acidic flavor or vinegar they taste..... kinda bland as far as the leaves go. Between here and Man'ousheé for dolma I'd pick Man'ousheé but their kabobs and rice are good... made fresh and delicious regardless.

Affordable and well-stocked grocery store with variety of items from all over the world. Could improve on fresh fish supply - I have been disappointed last few visits recently hence the 4-star.

One of my favorite stores to buy many unusual or ethnic foods. Sauces, seasonings, their meat dept is great and I love their selection of produce. We go often, see you there!

Best deal for a family combo with the tastiest chicken and beef kabobs on the weekends! I went recently during the workweek, and I was surprised to find that it wasn't good. The rice and kabobs were quite bland. And they didn't even have the garlic sauce. But whenever my family and I get food here on the weekends, man their food changes up to higher quality. Better tasting for sure! Comparable to delicious kabobs you'd get from like Glendale.

The food here is really good, I just wish they would fill the saffron rice to the top when we're ordering a large family meal and spend more than $100.

Not Persian but born in Tehran...having had shish kabob and Iranian cuisine for decades I can attest that the food, at least the one (and last time) I ordered from here is anything but. Everything, including the rice, was pre seasoned with sumac, pepper and salt to the point that I wondered if the caps of the various seasonings had fallen off. The portions for the price were abysmal, the rice wet and no way resembling traditional fare, the vegetables burned and cold and an odd side of tasteless humus made an already disappointing meal even worse.

Stopped by Valley Produce for their butcher and discovered this delicious pop-up. My wife had the chicken kabob which she enjoyed. I enjoyed my beef kafka-like skewer. Excellent prices.
