Vincenzo's Pizza - Saugus

I’ve been a long time customer and supporter for this business until today. When I placed my order, they correctly confirmed my address, and phone number, but apparently the driver lost my order information. They blatantly lied to my face about messing up my order and didn’t call. After an hour the order was supposed to arrive, I gave them a call and that’s when they admitted it wasn’t coming. If I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have received a refund or have known that my food isn’t coming. Very disappointed

Sorry but people rate this place too high and It is a little pricey. No disrespect but I think costco pizza is better. Pizza was alright, but I personally don't see myself going back here again.

picked up a very bad pizza yesterday at 2 PM at Saugus. 2nd time this has happened. It was flat, lacked ingredients that were specifically ordered, and burned on bottom. My wife took it on a trip so it did not get examined until hours later and 130 miles away. I called the store and manager said she would give a $15 credit, tho pizza w tip was $29. I do not want a $15 credit for a bad pizza.

I'll start positive. Wings are my favorite. The pizzas are ok. They definitely are big but yes the do have a gigantic ring if crust around them. So pizza and wings are worth a try. Now my issue with this establishment is on their special pizza of the week. It's priced great. But what's the deal with forcing me to keep a topping on it. Like I get what you're saying, but I'm saving you that money on toppings. I wanted the sausage and onion, but hold the onions since my daughter is allergic. So their answer is NO pick them off ( i told them my daughters allergic) or we can't do that and we have to charge you full price. I thought that was pretty rude answer. So the food is OK but the service experience was rude and could be much better.

I like their pizza but there is no sauce on the pizza. It’s just cheese and bread. Hope they can start adding sauce to their pizzas. It’s also very doughy.
