The place needs ambience. It has no vibe. But the guy working the counter is really nice and helpful. The bubble cones are warm and good enough to eat on their own. But you get to fill them with as much soft serve as you can get in there plus toppings.Taiyakis are warm and soft too. Not too sweet with just the right amount of filling. I could probably eat a dozen!Good place to take care of that sweet tooth.
Parking: Limited number of spots. Kind of hidden between a dojo and adult store and behind the gas station.
Great tasting mochi waffle comb. A good variety of flavors offered. We chose to have the soft serve in a cup with the waffle on the side. Highly recommend it.

This is a great place, I loved my Nutella taiyaki and the mochi waffle was so good, especially with the ice cream. The employees were so nice and helpful. Fair warning, the strawberry and pineapple soft serve taste a little off, I think there’s something wrong with the machine. Everything else was great though and I’ll be going back!

Closed on a Sunday night at 7:00 pm 2/5/23 Not happy about that after making a detour to have some ice cream for nothing. Very annoying.

I love wafflecomb! They changed their mochi waffle recipe recently and it is so much better. Courtney made my fish taiyaki and helped me pick out a flavor that I liked.

Unique and good place for dessert. The soft serve ice cream and cones are fun and really good.
Just stopped in after work after the reopening. Gotta say I'm loving the self-serve style they're doing now! Also, I love that they still offer the waffle options! Staff was friendly, and the location was clean. Their tart fro-yo was good, but the chocolate was definitely the winner today for me. Excited to be coming back during the summer!

Was so happy to find bubble waffle in SCV! For $8 you get the waffle, ice cream, and unlimited toppings. So worth it and great for sharing! The staff are great as well. Will be back!
