i often grab here on my way to work, and it has yet to fail on being one of the better wendy's i've visitedhonestly 10/10

all though the service was faster and much more prompt compared to the last few times I ate from their restaurant, the food was not nearly as good as it should of and could of been so I am only giving a 3 star rating for real...

I just stopped by for breakfast at Wendys, it's the first time I've waited 20 minutes. He charged me for the offer that said 2 hamburgers and coffee and fries. He charged me the total. He made me wait 20 minutes while he attended to everyone from the dry toooo.He only gave me 1 burger and coffee. He told me that only 1 hamburger came, a lady came behind me and asked for the same thing, he served her instantly that's not good. Improve your staff. They should serve everyone the same. I will never return to any Wendy's in my life.

This is the best Wendy's location I've been to in scv. The food is always prepared fresh and I haven't had any issues with items being forgotten. Ana working the window is always polite and does a great job. The interior is what you'd expect for a Wendy's but it's clean and has nice lighting with all of the windows.

Ok I'm not sure why the low stars, but my kid is obsessed with Wendy's. I love the boo books. I usually go there for lunch and they see me and know I'm in a hurry to make it to my kids school. They have fresh food. And the lady that I see every time I'm there, she is an older lady, reminds me of my Abuela I think she is the absolute sweetest lady ever. Anyways it's fresh. And if it's not tell them. They make it right. Or order from the app. It will save time. But they're pretty fast!

First time dining at this location. I knew it was going to be a mess. I was waiting for a minute to be served. Approximately 7 minutes. When given my order to the TM she was given me attitude the whole time I was ordering and wanted to rush me. Homegirl goes by the name Nicolette. Something has to be done or else someone homegirl Nicolette might run into the wrong person and get put in her place. Anyways... I definitely don't recommend coming here. The team members of this establishment sound so immature during my stay here I kept someone screaming "Christopher"...... "Christopher say some chisme" &&&Ofc they messed up my order. LolRidiculous

Been going to this Wendy's for years. Never had any problems. Open late, foods good and order has always been correct. Hard to find that anywhere these days. Gotta give credit where credit is due.

Server not friendly. Did not even mention our order is ready. She just placed it on the counter . We are waiting till when we went to asked if this is our order and she just said yeah with a flat face.

Very disappointed. This store has rude drive through employees and management doesn't care. The food tastes old and stale like it's been sitting out for hours. The burgers are cold and gross. Fries are always burnt. They short change you at the drive through so make sure you pay attention to your receipt. They always mess up the order every-time. Management gives you a stink eye if you try to get your messed up order fixed. Very rude. Wendy's corporate needs to shut this store down, hire experienced and highly qualified managers, and re-train all employees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDYS!
Love when I get there early enough that they don't turn off the frosty machine , but I can't win because they can't even give me my strawberry frosty I wanted to try they give me chocolate and it's dark as hell out I couldn't see

They seemed to have cut staff drastically. drive try always backed up. went inside and walked up and placed my order... and waited over 20 minutes.have been coming to this wendy for decades, and suddenly they are not staffing it for demand on weekends and the amount of people backing up inside is ridiculous

I have had many deliveries from here, and during the night, they have always forgot many of my customers' drinks even when I ask if this everything. I have gone back plenty of times to get my customers' drink.

Drive thru experience. Couldn't fill order, after making me drive around store to clear the drive thru. People getting in drive thru honking, thinking I am in line, where I was directed ro by mgr. Food was thrown together, messy and not fitting buns. Bacon burger had a sliver on it. Soggy fries after they made us give up on a potato in order, and our friend went without eating. ..that was the big problems.
