Review is strictly for the service and staff, because well, fast food is still fast food, not too much to say about it you know lol.
All the staff here is legit, they're always pleasant and always greet you with a smile. Respect for the afternoon manager, an amazing Latina! Sorry I'm not sure of her name, to the rest of the employees. I have to assume she leads from the front.
I had a situation yesterday where when I was walking to a table I dropped my nuggies, I know, TRAVESTY 😭😭😭 BUT completely my fault. I advised Adrian, I believe he was the cashier that I had dropped them and that the area would need to be cleaned because I was a klutz, nuggie crumbs everywhere lol. Adrian helped without batting an eye, I appreciated it. I was chilling eating my fries and he comes to my table with a replacement order of my nuggies, like what 🥹🥹! I didn't expect it and I didn't ask for it because like I said, my fault I dropped them. He took it upon himself to just replace them for me, legit work my boy and thank you!
Anyway, keep crushing it guys, I appreciate all of you, respect, your jobs aren't easy!

Very helpful personnel of whom helped select a meal deal for our artistic child. Clean place with reasonable prices 👌 Parking was fine today.

I was just here. And I went to drive-thru and ordered the “Fuego meal”. The order taker just took the order as if he understood me. When I got my meal in the brown bag I assumed it was what I had ordered. When I got home it was too late and saw that it was a different burger. I wish I had asked for my receipt too. As I was driving by I heard him pull out the receipt. I think I heard tearing too. This place seems suspicious! Needs better employees who are truly trained in outstanding customer service.

Erma the store manager didn’t allow One refill on strawberry lemonade and made sure chastised the employee for offering it to me at the point of sale.Ill make sure I go to Burger King or Mc Donald’s where they don’t care about refills .
Wasn't unhappy until I put them 🍟 in my mouth just spent 18.00$ and I get old cold ❄️ 🍟 Why Wendy's. When I walked in it seemed as if some of the employees were bored due to no other customers. Next time I will get all of my food made to order

Only problem I have at this location is I asked for no ice and yet I got ice. Then I wanted extra honey butter and no butter at all. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. We paying with our money and yet we don’t get what we want?! 🤦

I specifically went in to restaurant and ordered using their new kiosk. I made sure to customize my order the way I wanted it. Guess what?? They didn’t even bother to read the customizations. All 3 other burgers I ordered were completely wrong!
