This place never disappoints in terms of service but today was different, came inside to pick up my order, they were working on other orders, cars kept coming to the drivethru, and noticed that they were getting them out with their food asap while I was there waiting to get acknowledged. Just watching the cashier taking orders & packing the food, never did he look my way or asked if I needed help as if I was invisible. After about ten minutes I shouted if my order was getting worked on & to my surprise of course it wasn’t, fed up with waiting and being ignored, I just asked for my money back, the cashier went to speak to the manager, he came back and said he could give me my money back but if I can wait a bit & my order will be ready, so I did and it was ready pretty quickly but I had to speak up in order for them to get my order done which i shouldn’t have to. Never coming here again

Good fresh and services great

Wienerschnitzel 's french fries are not good when they've been cooked and lay around to keep warm. I specifically asked for fresh hot fries. They're so much better. They said they would make them but they gave me the ones that were sitting around. Kind of mushy kind of barely warm.

Only buy beef hot dogs. They're the best. I like Chicago dogs and chili dogs. They make root beer floats too. Enjoy!

Sometimes you have to go to Wienerschnitzel! I have to be honest. I really miss the Italian dog! It was an italian sausage link with peppers and onions, as I remember. I always get attached to a food item on a fast food menu and am disappointed when its discontinued. On this particular day, we stopped for some soft serve ice cream. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are pretty reasonable.

We WERE kicked out at 10:00. We were almost done. The supposed tackless manager insisted he had to lock the doors and couldn't have anyone but employees in store. I understand insurance policies but he wouldn't let me finish a chili dog.we HAD TO FINISH OUR FOOD OUTSIDE.I will NOT visit this restaurant again
