I keep giving them second chances but they keep skimping out on the seasoning for the chicken and keep giving me mostly wings and fewer drums. It’s not worth it anymore

This Wingstop is one of the best one we have ever been to the cashier was super polite and took our order with ease. I even asked for a few extras, such as extra cooked wings, and I like to get the celery and carrots. Usually they get that wrong, but this Wingstop got everything right everything was cooked perfectly super well seasoned And tasty.
Had them cater for my son's 1st birthday 400 wings. Everything was amazing. They had all the rings ready and labeled at the time given. No delay. Very impressed and the breading and season is good everytime. Other wingstop when it's boneless fry it too much. This is 5/5 perfect everytime. My go to wingstop.

Ordered from the Newhall location in the Vons Shopping Center. Hair was in our food, in order to get a full refund, or store credit you MUST bring all your food back including the food that was eaten. NOT convenient for the customer.
Was told that the money was returned back to our card and we should see it within 3 to 4 days.
If I could rate this review 1/2 star it would be for the young lady actually working the counter who seems nice because the owners are cowards and seem to have the young workers handle their mess. Talk about leadership...

Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had subpar service at this location so now it warrants a review. I ordered Lakers Legendary garlic to go. I get all the way home to find that they only tossed the wings in the Parmesan and left out the Cajun seasoning. I politely went back.. all for my food to be taken by a woman who just legit got back off her break with her white purse still on her shoulders… she took it back to the kitchen and just had them sprinkle the Cajun in the wings.. asked me if it was okay. I said, “you just added Cajun”. She said, “yea that’s the only think that was missing, would you like me to add more Parmesan?”… at this point I’m just over it. I ordered a meal. My fries were cold because I had to come all the way back to the store… I asked for more fries she ended up handing them to me.. all this to say…. Check your order before you leave. This has happened to me three times… I should have known better.. got home and wings are cold because I had to go back… I’m pretty sure health code.. they should take food back into the kitchen once it’s left the establishment.. I went all the way home. I pretty sure my order should have been made over… instead they took my food in the back and added seasoning…. So many health code violations in this one transaction… be careful out there.. only Gods know what other corners they are trying to cut…

$18 Waste of $ . just to eat a 10 pcs wings ONLY .! and the drink! because the fries weren’t cooked right all soggy and cold , i toss them away. so wings & soda - fries , 2 items only For ! $18 not right ! how come they’re not made crispy well done thats a question for u managers ? bc the 2 managers were there 🤦🏻♀️ this not the problems of the workers is the managers for having them In a hurry and to give the orders fast so watt we get cold oily soggy fries ,!Better just to look for a nother wingstop!
