Every time I go the workers got stank attitudes. For some reason they don’t tell me when my orders done they let it sit behind the counter for 10+minutes. Expecting me to magically know when that it’s done like how?

Currently pending investigation but by the look of previews reviews… I may wait for a long time.All reviews show that the staff has a history of making mistakes from undercooked wings to missing portion order to closing prematurely. I ordered for carry out and missed 10 of my 20 wings. “ Devin “ told me he is a manager but had to converse with their morning manager ?? and now the owner has to look into it..I understand Devin for taking the side of his staff but telling me “he believes it when his staff said they put everything in “ is a bit excessive. Letting me know the owner will look at the cameras and they will get back to me when they can… I can’t even get the name of the manager looking into it … feels like malpractice. Waiting business days to get a $20 refund is malpractice. This owner supposedly owns a few of the wing stops in the area. Clearly they have an issue of letting money go because I can’t think of any business that goes through this much trouble AND has as many testaments to stinginess as this.UPDATE TO COME.

Beware!! I placed an order online. Food was left outside my apartment building on the street. Called to speak with management and was told that’s not their problem because they use a third party to deliver their food. Still waiting for a call from management. “Devin” stated he is the manager but customer service skills are lacking so I doubt it.

This is the second time I order from this location. Both times the wings are undercooked and rubbery, both times there's little too no seasoning on the wings, both times i had gone to pick up (i ordered an hour ahead of time) they were JUST starting it as i got there. And both time all three men working are high as hell. Waste of time and money. Go to a different location

You know, as far as wingstops go, and in relation to other wingstops, this place is run like a military operation. They are very efficient and have what looks like a very tightly run kitchen. Ordered through the website and my food was ready in less than 10 mins! I've been in some sketchy wingstops in my time, but this was not one of them.

I ordered a meal from DoorDash the food was fine but when I finished my drink I wanted to eat the ice i looked inside of the cup there are dead what looks to be fruit flies inside of the cup :D I really wished that my dasher paid more attention when pouring the drink. I'm hoping that I didn't drink any of the flies I'm sure that I did.

Have had wings at this location multiple times with no issues, however our last order (delivery) my husband and I got food poisoning. I reached out directly to management to let them know and get a refund for the order, but they didn’t seem to care, questioned if we went to the doctor to confirm our symptoms, and was issued a $10 gift card rather than a refund. Since I work in the food industry, I found this response offensive since I know very well what food poisoning looks like and am 100% positive it came from the wings at this location. Complete lack of customer service and disregard for the health of their patrons.

How does a wing place NOT have hot wings? I didn't understand how they couldn't have hit wings, and it was a project to get the cashier to suggest the closest thing similar. I'll tell you one thing, I won't be back to this location.

I feel like I just swallowed a can of salt. Our order was so salty that we couldn't take a second bite. Our dog even refused a piece. If that wasn't horrible enough, the fries tasted like they were sprinkled with Splenda. An absolute disappointment and waste of money.

Great 50's vibe but the food we ordered was not to write home about. Clam crowder was more potato crowder with the clams mostly extinct. Took awhile for our order to be taken but then we got it quickly. My mushroom swiss burger was pretty tasteless.We would probably go back just for the classic rock and roll music and the atmosphere.

It took 45 minutes to get our 15pc wing combo which was insane cause people were entering the place after us and got their food first. But turns out there was a mixup apparently in the back where our order was skipped and the register guy gave us a brownie as a sorry for the long wait. Food was good still, not sure if worth 45 min but still good

Unsure if I should blame the delivery or Wigstop but the way the food was packed was pretty messy this time. The bufalo & Louisiana were combined in one container. So packed that container is broken & leaking all over the bag. I wanted to enjoy my food but the upsetting look when I opened the bag made me lost my appetite. I hope this kind of preparation of the wings & sauces doesn't happen again. Paid $80+ with a good tip for this.

The Food here was great and in a speedy time as well. Definitely Recommending this to all of my friends because they need to try the Lemon Pepper. I do believe these are the best fries and service in town. The atmosphere was also great because of the basketball that was playing. Go Lakers!

What a delight of chicken wings, very tasty. I recommend them. To take them to the family, there is a good friend of mucica, that is why I give it 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
