Ordered take out. Used Capital One virtual card number (C1 safety feature) to purchase and was accused of credit card fraud by staff because there isnt a physical card. Still accused of credit card fraud despite showing drivers license and credit cards with same name. If anything it is them pushing for a copy of YOUR information.

I like their food at wingstop I got a boneless wings and I got two flavors lemon pepper and Hawaiian with ranch. And also have a fries and a drink they were good.

Ordered the 15 classic wings deal for lemon pepper and buffalo. The lemon pepper was fresh and great but the original hot wings were cold dry and kinda stale. Called the store and asked for the manager. The guy said that there was nothing they could do after I explained the issue. When I asked him his name he said Josh. I thought the call was strange so I called back and asked for manager again. They said there is no Josh and had me speak to a woman. Who then explained there policy is I have to bring back the wings. Which would be fine if I had the time to drive back and forth when somebody conveniently ruins my order. I explained it won’t be days, she said that it’s fine I can bring the days old wings back and get it fixed. I don’t understand why I have to store wings for whenever I have the time to go back to get what I paid for corrected. Why didn’t the first “manager” explain that when they said nothing they could do. This stores got bad ratings in yelp as well. I’m guessing they mess up alot

Wingstop had the best fast food wings, IMO. I haven't found a better ranch dressing either. While the wings are great, the customer service is lacking at this location. Always check your order before you walk out the door because you will be accused of having your complete order...I have almost walked out with just half my order because an employee didn't hand me the 2nd bag. Ofc, Wingstop isn't a dine-in location but this one is usually dirty. But the food is great so as long as you know you're not coming here for either the ambience or customer service, it's ok.

It's very rare that I come on here to leave a bad review and effect someone's business, but this was some of the worst customer service my family has experienced. We ordered $64 worth of food and there were multiple issues. They forgot 2 of our sides, the fries we did get were burnt chips, and we had asked for light sauce on the wings and they were smothered in sauce. We called and spoke to Jason the manager at the time and he was the opposite of helpful. He told us we had to drive back and bring the food back to get what they didn't even give us in the first place. We had just asked for the price to be adjusted for the forgotten items , but they could not do that he said. He was also very condescending and didn't seem to care.

DO NOT ORDER BONELESS WINGS HERE. They were extremely small and honestly no bigger than a quarter. For the amount of money you pay you absolutely dont get your moneys worth.

I made an order over the phone-
The guy who answered the phone voice sounded like he didn’t want to be there-
He was rude speaking very slow and uneasy!

I Get to the Wing-stop pay for my order as I checked my order large fries were missing
They made me wait
Now my other fries got cold
The staff was so rude & slow about it
This was the worst staff ever!!!!!

The whole time pest control was there spraying while they cooked food
I wouldn’t eat here again!

I normally don't post, but the so called assistant manager here, Stephanie, really frustrated me with her excuses. I made an online order at 4pm for an 8:15pm pickup for my team at work. I received confirmation from the Wingstop system they received my order. I had to be to work at 8:30 and arrived at 8:20 to pickup. She told me they were still working on it and it would be another 10-15 min. I expressed how early ahead I placed my order and she claims they didn't get it until recent, it's taking longer because I ordered it extra crispy, and that she was short staffed. So while I'm watching them push out order after order of people coming in after me, plus a shelf full of other orders probably placed in the last hour, I showed her the email confirmation time and expressed that there shouldn't be any excuse. I'm paying all this money and ordered 4 hours ahead to avoid this. Now I have a team that won't be able to eat until 4 hours later and this made me late for work. I walked out at 8:40, 25 minutes behind my scheduled time, and all she offered was 15% off my next order. That 15% doesn't cover my late time at work and the points against my attendance. Stephanie was very short and full of excuses. She should have knew her system, her ordered, and been better prepared to fulfill a big order.
