They don’t pick up. Young lady working the register / phone around 11PM on 3/30/2024 stated over the phone, “We haven’t answered because the phone was muted”, “We mute it when it’s busy”. Wow, Makes logical sense but maybe next time have a better response so you don't make your establishment look bad. Need’s more training.

This place absolutely sucks, they always manage to get the order wrong every time I order online and have to drive back just to get what I actually ordered. Every other Wingstop location is amazing, except this one.

Came order 5;40pm @6:05pm i ask is my food ready or something im sitting in front of them the cashier said yours next im like ok. Even people ordering in store pass me 4-5 customer got there rite away.employee taking bag of bag of food home.probably mine was in there.i ask again 6:18pm he said its not ready i got really upset before at 6:05pm was being work on now its not ready 40mins after they tried to lie saying everyone order online i was like no im here waiting listen to every customer ordering in person you dont need to lie they gave me my food 2mins after saying is this you i was yes just give me my food.open the door really upset the worst place i went employee smilling in the back thinking is funny very bad
