Great Service From Ricardo and the team, really helpful and professional, even on a bussy Saturday Ricardo and the team helped me and provided excellent service with being super busy with orders, Ricardo made sure to give great individual customer service even tough being super bussy with alot of orders. great service and customer care thank you for great experience will be back!

Terrible customer service from the MANAGER. My order was missing items that I paid for. Once i got home and realized, I called and spoke with the manager and explained the problem. He was very rude and dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me. I don’t recommend this location.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant. I placed an order for 30 wings, but upon delivery, I received only 20 wings. When I contacted your restaurant to resolve the issue, the response was unhelpful and did not result in a refund or replacement. I am disappointed with the level of service and the lack of resolution provided. I would appreciate a full refund for the missing wings or a replacement order. Please advise on how this can be addressed. So disappointing because of how much I like wingstop.

Although the location is convenient to order from ..I will say if you are going to order through the phone for pick up , there is a 75% chance that you will be put on hold and they will not take your order (specifically both times that this has happened it is a woman's voice on the other end)

The food is good and they have a good selection of sauces. The drawback is that it takes a long time to get your food. This isn't fast food. It's made fresh. It took over 20 minutes after we ordered to get two chicken sandwiches and 15 boneless wings.

Service is awful. Homeboy looking guy at the counter looked like he hates working there and has bad attitude. Had to tell him several times the name on the order and then wanted to charge me extra for sauces that can't be selected on the website. Never had any problems swapping out the Ranch for Mild. Never going back.
