The food is good and they have a good selection of sauces. The drawback is that it takes a long time to get your food. This isn't fast food. It's made fresh. It took over 20 minutes after we ordered to get two chicken sandwiches and 15 boneless wings.

Customer service is awful...I understand being busy but hanging up on a customer 4 times for asking questions about the type of meals offered is unacceptable...When i called the 5th time to ask for a manager i flat out was told no and hung up on again....When i finally got through to a manager his excuse was "we are busy and they are human and spread thin" Again, i understand that. I've been in the food industry for over 10 years but hanging up on a client who has been on hold just isnt cool,

ordered 15 original hot wings on new years around 9p. The food tastes amazing. thank you very much to the service workers who prepared and cooked it. the employee at the front who processed my order was very efficient and kind. so much better than the wingstop I used to visit. this place has great food.

Zenith Fast Food Inc owns Wingstop? Last three orders - all within a month - zero stars. Lemon pepper wings ordered extra well done were mixed with greasy underdone and very little seasoning! Mango habanero sweeter than hot. Is this due to change in ownership? Taking a long break from this place...

Service is awful. Homeboy looking guy at the counter looked like he hates working there and has bad attitude. Had to tell him several times the name on the order and then wanted to charge me extra for sauces that can't be selected on the website. Never had any problems swapping out the Ranch for Mild. Never going back.

Then tried to lick it up with his wet hands. Just overall gross place. It's too bad because the food is good but the service is just poor. Not to mention the food is never ready when it says it will be. Food is good but I would rather go somewhere else. Thankful there are other options in our community.

I went to Wingstop to eat some wings after a rough day, not only I had some of the best wings ever, but the employee that served me, Derek, was friendly and professional in doing so. The food was amazing, I recommend this place to everyone who loves wings.

Hey everyone, my name is koda i was just let go because I took home some chicken and drinks after paying for it. Because I can't use my 33% employee discount off the clock. Even tho a manager rang me up. After 2-5 star reviews in one day. They refused to hear out my side of the story. Don't work for these guys. I should of listened to the 6 people who were in the process of quitting when I was hired.
