Upon entry, I had to wait a long time until someone finally came to help me. Not to mention that I saw two employees sitting chitchatting at the entrance.After placing my order, which I have to try hard in Spanish just make a simple order, because I have to be forced to learn Spanish because of the workers interacting with clients on a daily basis won’t learn English, so it makes it even more complicated to get a simple order. No one there actually speaks English at all. I have nothing against that, but it makes ordering from this place a nightmare. This last time was the end of it. I ordered a warm croissant with cheese and a few donuts. I got a bag of cold donuts and no croissant, but my tab was still charged in full. My mistake, I guess, for not checking before leaving. I tried calling the place back, but of course they wouldn’t understand a word of what I’m saying, really frustrating. Rutilo the manager please train or hire personnel.

Was craving a late night donut & thought I'd give this place a try! Perk is that this location is open 24/7 downside is that the quality is lacking as a result. There was a large variety to choose from, I ended up ordering a glazed donut & an iced glazed chocolate bar. Sadly, both donuts lacked flavor & quality. The donut tasted like stale bread & the icing itself just tasted off. It felt like I was eating a week old stale donut to sum it up. Service was friendly & the store itself was clean. Store is located in a plaza with easy access & plenty of parking. Don't think I'll be returning sadly.

First thank you if you are following me on my quest for the best donut shop in SCV. This week l visited Yum Yum and ordered 3 donutsA crueller Crumb donutChocolate RollThe server was pleasant and patient with me as the selection was vast and that's a good!The crueller was excellent and par with my favorite from Honey Donuts! I like an eggy taste and bouncy texture that maintains its shape. All boxes checked! However there's one thing that comes to mind...flavors. I wish donuteers would experiment with different ones besides vanilla,strawberry,maple and chocolate.Next the crumb...wow what a pleasant surprise! It was fairly larger than most and crunchy! Most of the time they are soft. The crumb was delicious!Finally the chocolate roll. It just caught my eye so l decided to bring it home. It was a hit with everyone. A beautiful golden brown,the texture was on point and the chocolate was not too sweet.Overall I got the okay to go back for more from my fellows i.e. family.One other thing I would like to mention was the beautiful way they incorporated Hispanic pastries and other Hispanic goods in the store. They all looked fresh and appetizing. Unlike the Donut Inn, for more on that issue, read my review of that establishment. Definitely give it a try.I look forward to trying more of their tasty treats.
Loved ghost place, Mexican guy there was so freaking nice, such a pleasant person, I will go back there many kore times because of him alone. Great customer service is why I return. Give that man a raise!
